Hilton Garden Inn Santiago - Airport Reviews

The hotel is fine, the only drawback being the somewhat dreary location. But having said that, if you want to be close to the airport (which I did), then the location is very much a secondary consideration. So no problema!

The crew was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. But the sauna was under maintenance.

Hilton is Hilton and it provided high quality products and services. Free pick up and drop off shuttle bus to the airport.

Convenient location as an airport hotel. Staff was excellent and attentive.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The reception works 24/7 and the staff is really nice. They also offer shuttle bus service to the airport, we left at 4 in the morning and it was no problem. The shuttle bus driver was very nice too. Convenient location near the airport

It was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room. I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :) In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too. Wait for my youtube review with many video to show convince my words

Very good, cheap. But there is no food nearby, breakfast is 20 dollars cheaper at the hotel. Or order food to be delivered to the room, about 20 dollars a set meal, more options. The room is big

Very close to the airport, booked to stay in order to catch the flight. Very convenient, good environment.

Not recommended!!! The soundproofing of the room is very poor. We booked two rooms for two people but for some reason they said we booked four rooms without any reminder. Later we checked the bill and found that we paid double. The hotel did not give any reminder and checked us in for four rooms. But in fact, only two room cards were given. Double the money was deducted and no refund was given!!! Bad review!!!

Business hotels are all OK, and it's convenient to go to the airport. There is a free dedicated shuttle bus to the airport.
