Fitness suite was not great but ideal location for a short layover

The hotel is fine, the only drawback being the somewhat dreary location. But having said that, if you want to be close to the airport (which I did), then the location is very much a secondary consideration. So no problema!

The crew was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. But the sauna was under maintenance.

Hilton is Hilton and it provided high quality products and services. Free pick up and drop off shuttle bus to the airport.

Convenient location as an airport hotel. Staff was excellent and attentive.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The reception works 24/7 and the staff is really nice. They also offer shuttle bus service to the airport, we left at 4 in the morning and it was no problem. The shuttle bus driver was very nice too. Convenient location near the airport

It was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room. I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :) In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too. Wait for my youtube review with many video to show convince my words

Perfect for short stop nearby airport

I knew that I had to provide the hotel with guest information to arrange airport transfers. After providing the information through the Trip.com platform, I did not receive a response. I could not find the pick-up point for the hotel car until the day I arrived at the airport. After contacting the hotel several times, I successfully contacted the hotel staff. Finally, I learned that the pick-up point for the hotel car was in a designated place in the parking lot. It was impossible to find it without guidance! Although I successfully took the hotel car to the hotel in the end, I had already wasted a little time!

Very good, cheap. But there is no food nearby, breakfast is 20 dollars cheaper at the hotel. Or order food to be delivered to the room, about 20 dollars a set meal, more options. The room is big

The conditions are good in all aspects, especially the swimming pool with a spa pool, which is a pleasant surprise

This time I came to South America for a cruise, and it was a good choice to fly to Santiago and stay at this hotel. The hotel is cost-effective and has good facilities! The hotel is very clean and sanitary, and the steak in the restaurant in the hotel is superb! The salad is fresh and reasonable value! Perfect with Chilean red wine! The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport to pick up and drop off. Go to the airport on the hour and arrive at the C22 parking space on the first floor of the airport in about 10 minutes to pick up the airport. It is convenient!
