Good location, very close to Plaza de Armas. The hygiene is good, there is bath gel and shampoo, which are easy to use, and the hot water is good. The quilt is very warm. The breakfast has a wide variety, but mainly desserts. The service staff was very helpful. It feels relatively safe.

The room was nice, spacious and bright, the front desk service was very good, but the bathroom drain was clogged. After reporting it, someone checked and said they would come the next day to clear it, but they never came to fix it, and there was no explanation or solution.

Good value for money

Previously we stayed across the road at the Almacruz. This hotel is significantly better - in my opinion - than the Almacruz. This hotel has - Quiet rooms with double glazing - modern furnishing and fittings - super comfortable bed with lovely linens - a bathroom with an exhaust fan. - good breakfast - very clean The only negative is the walkie talkies the staff use to communicate - very very loud - make it very difficult to sleep in after 0900 or to have a siesta in the afternoon. Perhaps reduce the volume. Thanks for a good stay.

The hotel is strategically located, very close to the center (Plaza de Armas) and just 15 minutes walk from the beautiful neighborhood of Lastarria where you can have a very good lunch or dinner with a very pleasant atmosphere. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was very comfortable and at night there was no noise. The breakfast was very complete. The attention and kindness of the reception staff and the hotel in general are worth mentioning. Absolutely recommended. Thank you very much.

É um bed and breakfast, sem área comum. É para 1 noite, a avaliação do tripadisor está superdimensionada. O quarto é bom e limpo, mas é um hotel simples e com atendimento burocrático. Entrada ruim. Nota 7 no máximo. Não recomendo, a não ser se for para traslado para dia seguinte

Hotel novo, e por ser novo estava tudo perfeito. Excelente cama, sem carpete no chão, tudo funcionando, muito limpo e organizado. Tudinho novo e exatamente como nas fotos do anúncio, toalhas novas, grandes e super macias, travesseiros e cobertas limpos e mega confortáveis, cortinas que cobrem toda a janela e deixam o quarto bem escurinho, frigobar, cofre e TV no quarto. Chuveiro muito bom com água quente funcionando perfeitamente, inclusive na torneira da pia. Ar condicionado quente e frio, recepção 24 horas, café da manhã muito bom e incluso na diária. Fizemos tudo a pé e a localização central contou muito para nós, foi excelente e facilitou nossa viagem. Um dos melhores hotéis que já estivemos.
