Best hotel in Santiago.

I felt like my business with this hotel was important them. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone who works at this place. I will definitely go back to this hotel again. I highly recomemnd this holtel if you do not speak the language. However that casino can make their cheating a bit less obvious. I go there to play and don't mind losing fairly. I will never go back to a place that made cheating so obvious and unrealistic.

Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

A very good hotel with a very good environment. I especially recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The service is very good. There is a casino when you turn right outside. I didn't go in, but it looks good. The surrounding is very safe. There is a steak house on Friday when you turn left outside. The price is a bit expensive, but the taste is good.
