Fantastic hotel. Excellent service from hotel staff, very convenient to have a car park in-building in Santa Cruz, and the rooftop pool and restaurant is a standout in Tenerife!

Great staff and accomodation

It is located in a pedestrian area, near the port (you can get there on foot), the breakfast is very varied and delicious. The rooms are large and bright, very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooftop pool is a plus, but it's a shame that in February you can't take advantage of it.

Very central. We were on the 5th floor, but we didn't hear anything from the terrace above.

Checked in with my boyfriend. Inexplicably, I got a call from the hotel to give us something. As a result, four policemen came downstairs to arrest my boyfriend, saying that he was probably a fugitive suspect. This is our first time going to Tenerife, and we are both students. How can we still enter various countries freely with a criminal record? After talking for a long time, they were still arguing that the suspect's birthday, month and name were exactly the same as my boyfriend, so they misunderstood. But in fact, the suspect was only Chinese in appearance. He did not share the same year, month, or the same name. He made such a big mistake for no reason! After finally finding out he was not my boyfriend, he left without any apology……

Located on the pedestrian street in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is very new. The rooms are small but the layout is reasonable. The corridors are very narrow, the voice control lights are not responsive, and the aisles are always dark
