Loved the art. The staff was wonderful. Excellent value.

It is a truly special place. But it is not a 5 star as claimed, its just a 4 star and just for minor things that cheapen the experience. One thing that irked me is that they have a coffee machine in the room but one has to go downstairs and buy pods for $1.50 each. This is cheap, small TV, channel guide is not accurate or changed. Having a price list for said breakfast items as simple as oatmeal is also ludicrous and takes away from what should be exceptional for 5 stars the ambiance is wonderful as you feel as if you are staying in an art museum. Will stay again but do not expect a 5 star hotel. exceptional for

Really love this hotel. Amazing staff, location is good and quiet. Not far to get anywhere. Definitely a go-to spot near San José.

The room is very big, and the various statues and art paintings in the hotel lobby are very enjoyable. The hotel is clean and has complete facilities. The service is also very good. Even if you live on the first floor, the overall humidity will be heavier. The security of the hotel is still very good. It is in Xincheng and the transportation is convenient.

Very, very, very bad. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The customer said it was not worthy of his star rating at all. It was very, very bad. I wanted to check out on the same day. I rented it for three nights in total. I couldn't stay at all, but I just checked out. The last night's rent is non-refundable, and the second night's rent is non-refundable.
