This motel is filthy and dirty.  Customer service is bad. The toilet was broken and bathtub not draining.

they would not awnser ohone at all very frustrating

Goog location and clean room.
But the shower head was broken so that made all waterful floor.
The structure of the motel building was made by wooden stuff. That makes terrable noise whenever people upstairs move specially during a whole night.

It's really nice to have such an affordable hotel to stay in San Jose! The cleanliness and facilities of the room are not bad, but there is no hair dryer, which is a bit inconvenient!

Ok so first of all the only reason i booked here was because of the good reviews but now i feel like those reviews are fake. I give it two stars because overall it was clean the bed was made there was toilet paper. But the door had a footprint like it was kicked when we already got there. The restroom door was broken like shown in the pic. This place is so sketchy full of wierdos. It was 1am and the ppl below me wouldnt let me sleep with their loud yelling and music. Around 3am a crazy guy started to kick the window of the next door room yelling and fighting to open up. I was so scared i am never staying here again. The bed got me super itchy all over my body i think there was bed bugs idk . The shower wouldnt stay on hot it kept getting cold. The tiles were falling apart and the bathtup was squicky i felt like i was gonna break it. I feel like this hotel is really old and falling apart but they try to cover it up. A guy was just looking at me biting his lip and blowing me kisses this place is surrounded by creepy guys.

First things first- isn't it funny how most of these ”5 star” reviews all site the same things, mostly great customer service. I mean seriously how often do you remember each staff members name at the hotel you just stayed at. If your the real average person your not going to write a 5 star review just because ”Kimberly was friendly”. I mean jesus christ lol Id bet my right arm that those 5 star reviews were written by a staff member there or the owner. I mean one of them even mentions every single staff member there by name ...like 8 or 9 people lol. Give me a break. The rooms were sort of clean except stain on the sheets and what looked like ciggerate ash on the counter, the front office would not answer the phone my family tried to call to reach me several times because my cell is broken and it just rang and rang, and the people who are just hanging around seem like they are lurking almost it's scary and probably dangerous to leave your room at night.  So that's all I gotta say

Great food. Food was delivered and arrived nice and warm. Appreciate that they followed the request when ordering the food. No pickles not onions no tomatoes with a sunny side egg. Delivery was quick and would receive updates about the food.
