We had a great nights sleep. The mattress was very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, then you may have a hard time sleeping since the walls seem to be thin and the windows are not double pane. We could hear people waiting for public transportation just outside of our window and people with children in the room next to us and in the hallway. We had fun playing foosball. Since we had such a short day, we didn’t have time to use the gym or use the pool tables.

Nice location, great vibe in the hotel. Loved the games in the restaurant on lobby. Very good for families. However, the rooms were very bare- no water bottles, no fridge, no coffee machine, no kettle. One had to request for everything.

Be sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party.
This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel.
The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests.
This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!

Hotel Caza is indeed a great place to stay in —
very near Fisherman’s Wharf where you can find food places to eat in and cafes to chillax. It is also near multiple bus station stops, so this is very convenient to travelers.

I stayed for 3 nights in Hotel Caza, Fisherman's Wharf. It is an amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Ms Vanessa M was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful in making suggestions and guiding me with plans as I was a first time visitor to San Francisco like me. If I ever come to San Francisco again, this is exactly where I would be staying

Amazing location - Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard Street. Bus stops just steps away, can navigate the city easily.
Hotel - lovely decorated, with free coffee, tea and water offered to guests during designated hours. Lobby is full of amenities designed for kids and families, a lot of guests tend to hang around the communal areas during our stay.
Staff - very helpful. And they send SMS to guests to check in with them and share information about hotel events.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, which is near the fisherman’s wharf. Many great restaurants are nearby. The hotel room is new and clean. The front desk is also friendly and they would provide some candy and snack randomly. And they also provided the umbrella for need.

This is a good quality hotel among the popular hotels in San Francisco. The public space and rooms are large, a bit like the hotel in The Shining. It is very close to Fisherman's Wharf and the main attractions of San Francisco's coastline. Such a convenient location + off-season and this price are still very comfortable in the United States. The convenience store/bar and lounge area on the first floor make it easy to socialize with locals. The main disadvantage is that it is too big, and there are a lot of completely useless spaces in the corridors that can make people tired. There may be American gangs making a lot of noise downstairs at night.

Be careful when checking in here.
Even if you prepay, they still charge a deposit. When I asked about the $200 payment, they said $100 for one day and $200 for two days. So does that mean $500 for five days? On top of that, they charged $133 the next day without permission, so when I went to ask, they said it was authorize so it didn't matter, but the $200 deposit and the $133 after that were all charged to my Hyundai card. I prepaid (even though the deposit was the same), so when I asked why they did it again, they got angry and started talking nonsense. Later, they blamed the computer, a third party, and a Nik card debit card, and in the end, it was human error. This hotel has no rules or anything, and when I look closely, they seem to be subtly slyly accusing me of being Asian, which makes me feel bad. I'm currently at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, and they fixed my $100 deposit, but my card wasn't charged. The hotel just held it. They said it would be canceled within 2 days. Of course Hotel Kazah will eventually refund you (of course) (when I asked how many days it would take, they hesitated. Since the payment was already made, it would take a long time), but it really does not deserve to be a hotel if they charge you with your personal card. The staff and managers are completely third-rate. Trip.com couldn't resolve anything either. I argued everything myself and chatted 5 times before checking out, but all they did was tell me to wait. I was taking the kids so the location looked good, but since we took Uber and Muni, I don't know why we were here. I will sue this place for unauthorized theft of my personal information.

The house is nice, of a good size, clean, and has relatively complete facilities (no washing machine, dryer, no slippers). It is a 15-minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf.

The room I booked on Ctrip was the worst room type the hotel gave me. It was very noisy near the street. The hotel was in a good location.
