Hygiene and service are good, especially for the breakfast and parking facility. But, the headway of train is 30 min. I suggest to rent a car instead of public transport.

The hotel is located 12 km from the city centre, which is not practical when it comes to visiting the city. It is possible to take the train to the center. The train station is a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in an indystrie zone, with very few bars or restaurants, all of which are closed on weekends. The hotel does not provide a bar, no restaurant, only some refrigerators where you can buy drinks and food, at a reasonable price, which you heat yourself in the microwave provided. The room is quite basic, but just, no fridge. I couldn't operate the air conditioning, and it was set to 23.5 degrees, which was too hot to sleep comfortably. The walls are very thin, and thus nuisance from the neighbors when they watch TV.

This Hotel is excellent for value . Clean rooms with sheets changed daily . Easy commute to Madrid city via train only a few minutes away . Madrid is small city and all tourist destinations are easy walking distance . Some staff a little off hand but others excellent. Washing machine x dryer best ever . WIFI was not good on one day only .

Hotel with facilities like to have room with kitchenette, clean, room size well with bigger windows, less noisy streets. Overall good hotel

Although it is in the suburbs, the transportation is actually very convenient. The train takes 3 stops to the city center, about 20 minutes. It is Gran Vía and 6 stops to Chamartín Station. It is also very convenient to go to other cities.

It was a good service, the attention was good, we arrived late at night since we were coming from a trip from Alicante and everything went very well at the time of arrival, there was parking which is something favorable since we were going by car.

They didn't have much empathy with me, due to the fact that I initially booked the reservation on the wrong date. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist realized my mistake, saying that she couldn't do anything to change the reservation (no matter how much I paid a fee of €10/€20, for example. A reservation worth €144 that they did not refund. I had to pay another €150 again for a 2 night stay. They only know how to gain an advantage at people's expense. They didn't even try to do anything to help resolve this situation so that I wouldn't end up at a loss of practically €300 for 2 nights in a poorly located hotel, far from everything. I will not return to this place again

The room is big, but the facilities are a bit old. There are not many choices in the restaurant downstairs. The surrounding area is relatively deserted.

Although it is a bit far from the city center of Madrid, the hotel is new, has complete facilities and good services. Overall, it is quite good.
