Pretty good hotel but quite a lot of homeless people around.

Great location, near bus stop and has grocery stores around like target and trader joe's only 5-7 mins walk. Good choice of breakfast, lot of choices. We had a great stay, and was accommodated with a nice Filipina lady when we came around 9 which is too early to check-in, she let us park our baggage and said to come back like around 11 and said that she'll try to get us a room ready, but when we came back, the Chinese lady which I think the manager, she's kinda rude and not that accommodating compared to the first lady that assisted us, she told us to come back at 1 . For sure, we'll come back in this hotel when we get a chance to go to SF again.

Check-in is very convenient, but the room is arranged relatively low, and there is no window outside. The bed is quite comfortable. The most satisfactory thing is the bathroom. There are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, a bar of soap and a shower cap. There are no disposable slippers, so you need to bring your own. The hotel is very close to the tram, and it is also convenient to go to Fisherman's Wharf. There are many homeless people at the door, so you should pay attention to safety when you go out. When I went out in the morning, there were traces left by homeless people, and the hygiene was a bit unbearable.

The room was nice and clean, and the view from the high floor was good. There was breakfast, but American breakfast was too standardized, and there wasn't much for Chinese people to eat. The hotel is in downtown San Francisco, but there are a lot of homeless people, so I didn't dare to go out.

Not safe. The hotel is located in one of the most unsafe places in downtown. There are drug ******* and homeless people in front of the hotel. Apart from this, the hotel is ok.

The room is poorly soundproofed. The computer room opposite is extremely noisy. I was woken up by the conversation next door in the middle of the night. I could hear it clearly. The location is indeed convenient, but there are few types of breakfast.

It's close to Powell St. Station and within walking distance of the cable car station. The Golden Gate Transit bus stop for the Golden Gate Bridge is very close, just to the left of the main entrance. It's a great location for sightseeing. I was very grateful that they could store my luggage before and after my stay. The facilities were new and clean, but the only thing that bothered me was the coffee maker. I ran the water through it to clean it, but even the second time, there was black garbage or something like dregs mixed in with the hot water that came through. You should be careful when using the coffee maker.

The room on the 7th floor on the first night was a bit small, but we moved to the 12th floor on the second night. It was much bigger, and the sunlight could reach the windowsill. It was also very clean, and the hardware facilities in the house were of high quality. I was very satisfied with this room.
