Nice hotel in good location to walk about to the piers for any trips would like to go on. Big breakfast hall with everything you could want. Highly recommended

"A ruined gift and complete disappointment!" I wanted to give my friend a special Christmas gift — I booked a hotel stay for her from December 7th to December 8th, 2024, and bought a ticket to a show. However, during the booking process, the system wouldn’t let me enter her name because the name on the payment card had to match the guest’s name. After completing the payment, I immediately submitted a request to change the guest’s name, but it was denied. I tried a second time, only to receive another refusal. We thought we could fix this issue at check-in, but we were met with yet another refusal. In the end, my friend had to pay for an additional room, which resulted in unexpected expenses and ruined the entire experience. What was meant to be a joyful surprise turned into stress, frustration, and deep disappointment. I felt heartbroken because the whole purpose of this gift was to make her happy, but it was completely spoiled due to the hotel’s inflexibility and indifference. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The refusal to help with such a simple request shows a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. I will never use this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it if they value respect and decent service.

Location is good closevto warf. Checking in is slow with a long line. Parking on site is not good if you have a large SUV...park somewhere else. No Spa but would still stay again.

Great location and service. Breakfast is good but the same thing everyday. Lots of street parking available around hotel but read the signs carefully.

I stayed for 4 nights. Great breakfast selection. However, menu stays the same. It's crowded every day. Accessible location to touristy areas. Best to take an uber to and fro airport.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants. There are multiple rental car locations a few minutes walk away as well so that you can drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and go to the Battery Spencer Lookout or continue onwards to Sausalito and Muir Woods. Note that there are two wings of the building and we were placed in the wing separate from the main lobby and dining room, and the steps were not wheelchair accessible. The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly. Overall, the location was good and the value was quite high with breakfast being included (it was fine, nothing special).

Location: Not far from Fisherman's Wharf, HYDE and MASON bus terminals, many restaurants within walking distance, and not far from the car rental point. Breakfast: It is quite rich, you can eat very full, two meals a day Room: It is quite satisfactory, with shampoo and shower gel, but no slippers, toothbrushes and combs, which is more common in the United States. Transportation: It takes about 30 minutes to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, depending on whether there is traffic jam. Disadvantages: The hotel only gives a bottle of mineral water per person at CHECK IN, and it is only given once even if you stay for multiple days; it is not soundproof and a bit noisy. You can hear the people walking upstairs and turning on and off the lights next door clearly. The price-performance ratio is OK, especially with breakfast.

Very close to the pier, very convenient to go anywhere. The room is relatively small, and the bathroom space is small. There is free breakfast! And it is delicious! The fruit is very fresh! The toast is delicious!

The room was neat and clean. The location is convenient, very close to Fisherman's Wharf, and there is a 7-11 nearby. There is a bathtub and coffee machine in the room, but no kettle.

The hotel has a good environment and is very close to Fisherman's Wharf. The breakfast is rich, the service is very good, the room is clean and sanitary, but it is not soundproof. The parking fee is a bit expensive, but we parked our car in a nearby parking lot and saved half the fee.
