Nice hotel, good location, and lovely service. It is so close to the Moscone center, ideal choice for business.

Was excited to stay here but got ill and couldn’t get a cancellation credit. So my review stars are all 1’s since I couldn’t stay and the hotel wouldn’t do anything to give any sort of partial credit.

Very close to Moscone convention centre. Convenient for those attending conferences. Typical W style. Room is clean and quite big.

Overall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat. The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service. On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal. Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room.

The location is convenient for attending the conference. I had planned to book other hotels before, but the price increased too much. After comparing the surrounding areas, I found that this hotel has a higher cost performance. It is still okay.

Although the counter is not big, the bed is very comfortable. Overall it is quite good. The location of the hotel is quite good and it doesn't feel dangerous. It is very close to moma and it is quite convenient to call a taxi. It is a good choice for first-time travelers to San Francisco

Very bad, my car was parked in the parking lot and was towed away by a tow truck for no reason, and the hotel didn't even inform me! Never stay there again

When booking and paying room fees through the Ctrip platform, hotels sometimes charge additional fees such as city service fees, and the platform will clearly list additional conditions when booking. Like the platform! In the last two checkouts, I found that the hotel had duplicate bills. Although the customer service of Ctrip successfully returned the bills, I still saw the loopholes in the hotel management, which caused troubles for customers. I was not happy.

It’s so convenient to have a meeting at the Convention and Exhibition Center! Because the price will be higher during the exhibition period. But it’s really OK to have a meeting! There are many restaurants nearby!

It is very close to Union Square, Golden Gate Bridge, and Jiuquhua Street. The price is reasonable. Recommended!
