Hotel was clean and spacious. Very good view overlooking Japan town. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our hot water and they came down to resolve it very quickly.

The room is newly renovated, clean, and bright. Toothbrushes and other amenities are provided in the bathroom. The television offers multiple channels. The hotel is located near the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options in the vicinity of the building.

Nice Japanese boutique hotel! The room with nice furniture, also with yoga mat! On share amenities, they provided vinyl and turntable, you can chill over there in the evening. So far very thing was good, just one thing that they didn’t have free parking. Parking fee is US51 per night, recommend to park the mall parking garage nearby, it’s cost $29 for 24hr.

Great location and chill decor in Japantown.

2022 Newly renovated hotel, good environment and sanitation, moderate room size, must praise the consideration of drying clothes, bathroom with bathroom heater. Drinks are provided in the lobby every night, coffee and milk are provided in the morning. Next to it is Japan Town, there are many Japanese food restaurants, and it is also convenient to travel. . The only drawback is that there is no breakfast.

The smell of formaldehyde in the room was so obvious that I had to keep the windows open, otherwise I would feel dizzy.

The environment is considered safe, and it feels quite quiet and comfortable. It is just across the road to the business district. The location is good. If there is a chance to visit again in the future, I will still consider this hotel
