Good location and staff at the hotel was very helpful. Would recommend the hotel for stay in Samarkand.

The hotel is well located at reasonable distance from the Registon complex. The rooms are modern and clean. Please note it is a dry (no alcohol) hotel.

The room is clean, the garden is beautiful, and the breakfast is rich

This hotel is the most unsatisfactory hotel in my trip to Central Asia. As for the facilities, they have just been updated and to be honest, they are OK. The color temperature of the light is inappropriate, it's almost like the color of a public housing, which makes people feel very low. The room is not big, and the thing I am most dissatisfied with is that the shower water cycles between hot and cold. Another thing to complain about is the breakfast. It was off-season when we went, so it's understandable that there were fewer varieties. But all the apples are rotten, which I don’t understand. The fried egg was too salty and hard to swallow, it tasted terrible. Speaking of advantages, the bedding is good and I slept very comfortably. The hotel staff has a very good attitude. The location of the hotel is good, but compared with the room rate, it is not worth it. I don't know why it ranks first among luxury hotels. It's really too watery. The old city restaurant opposite is pretty good. I didn't try the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was so bad, and I don't think the dinner would be good either.

It was very clean, the staff was very polite, and the location was excellent. The pool was adequate, and the pool area was isolated from the other rooms and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good and varied, and the rooms and common areas were very pleasant. I gave it a 4 out of 5 rating in the "Amenities" category because it would be very nice if a hotel like this also had a spa/sauna. For those who want to exercise, the gym is suitable for its purpose and has all the equipment, but because it's located on the lower floor, it feels a bit cramped. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend it to everyone.

Everything is good except the air conditioning. The hotel has a nice environment, with a park next to it and some small gardens inside. The outdoor swimming pool is great, you can sunbathe in the afternoon

The hotel is next to a park about one kilometer away from the tourist attraction. It is a relatively wealthy neighborhood in the area. There are universities and schools nearby, and it is very quiet. I like this kind of relatively quiet area, and you can easily find local restaurants with reasonable prices and good food nearby. There are also some bars with Western food. It is much better than staying next to the Registan tourist attraction... and it feels very safe. If I have the opportunity to go again, I will choose this hotel again.

The facilities were well-equipped and the service was impeccable, so I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious. If you have small children, I recommend the kids' room. They can also play in the park next door. The only thing to note is that you cannot drink alcohol in the rooms.

The location is good. It is probably a building similar to that of experts in the Soviet era. However, the facilities are average. The highlight is the restaurant. The murals are beautiful, but the doorman and front desk service are average. No one goes to the door to help with luggage delivery.

I like this hotel very much. It's clean and tidy, the hotel service is attentive, and the rooms are large and bright. According to the front desk, it was the first hotel in Samarkand in the former Soviet Union, but it will be completely renovated in 2022. The hotel garden is very beautiful. The hardware and software are very good, and the front desk and room service are very friendly. It’s 1km to Timur’s Mausoleum and 2km to Registan. The surrounding environment is very good, with large parks, towering trees and many former Tsarist Russian and Soviet buildings.

Everything is great! Good location - park nearby. You can walk to the sights, it is suitable for those who like long walks. The room is clean and warm. The ceilings are high, the window can be opened! We had dinner included - it is from the menu (first, second and dessert - a choice of mastava or salad, pilaf, chicken, manti, lamb, brownie, sour cream cake). Everything is fresh and tasty, the portions are large. Breakfast is also good, there are vegetables, meat, pancakes, porridge, etc. The pool is outside and it is closed during the cold season.
