Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room. The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc. If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!

I waited for over an hour and a woman came, extremely arrogant and said there was no one there. Then I went upstairs and looked through the rooms. Extremely dirty. Squeaking on the stairs. As no one was there, I took the "boss's" cousin with me to look for another hotel. I expect my money back and would not recommend this filthy place to anyone!

The price was cheap, but the facilities were too shabby. The location was good. Parking was free on the street.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes' walk from the city center attractions. It is very convenient to travel on foot. The room facilities are relatively complete and clean. The bed is very soft and very quiet at night. The hotel has a strong religious atmosphere and warm service. Breakfast is very rich.

It’s a hotel worth experiencing. The breakfast is rich. The room is comfortable and clean. We stored our luggage after check-out and the store also gave us the things we left in the bathroom. Thank you very much

If you're NOT into old and creepy ''hotels'' don't book a room here. When me and my family arrived, our room wasn't ready, it was messy and there was dust everywhere. The surroundings are absurd, there's mess everywhere and it was disgusting. The room was smelling like literally dead people, and I'm not even joking... We should've been there for 2 night but decided to leave very early after the first nights. I cannot recommend anyone staying at this place... Such a waste of money
