Ótima !!!

What a filthy hotel with crazy employees. The room was all dirty, the linens looked yellow and they never cleaned me, what a mess. I stayed for 3 nights and they didn't clean the room once. My husband got sick and threw up, and they didn't provide anything for cleaning because they said they didn't have anything! I spent the night awake in a room with a window glued with silicone, preventing it from opening, and without cleaning, the smell of vomit wafting around. This hotel should be reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office, it's a crime.

Well-located hotel, facing the sea on the beautiful Ondina beach. IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO POOL. I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST AND SHE TELLED ME THAT ONLY OUTDATED WEBSITES HAVE PICTURES OF THE PLACE WITH A POOL.

Everything is precarious. From the elevator, the doors and locks of the rooms, towels, breakfast items. However, for just an overnight stay and a short period of time, it is worth it for the low price. The staff are attentive, at least.

The accommodation was very simple, it looked like a motel room, the air conditioning didn't get very cold, the bedroom door was very fragile, it felt unsafe all the time, the bed linen was stained, very different from what was seen in the photos in the ad. But anyway, for those who just want to sleep and spend the day out, it's a good choice for the price, the breakfast is good, and the location is good. The cleaning lady is really nice.

Good location and friendly reception. However, I paid for two nights (February 8th and 9th) and even though I informed them that I would arrive at 7am and would check out early (9pm on February 9th), they did not authorize early check-in or breakfast.

A rundown hotel with no maintenance. Tiny, suffocating rooms, misshapen and torn foam mattresses, old, smelly towels and dirty sheets. The only advantage is the location for the Yemanjá festival. And expensive! I would never go back.

I found it very good and cozy, the breakfast was wonderful. The cleaning lady works very well, great location, my husband forgot his backpack, with the computer, with everything, he returned later and they returned it. I can only thank you. Congratulations to everyone.

Great hotel, good view, good breakfast, needs more options

The place needs renovation, in the photos, partnership. The place is new, but it is old and needs renovation. I spent 3 days there and the towels were never changed. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the taste and quality left something to be desired. The room did not have an intercom, so every time you needed something you had to go down to reception. The service is great, but it could be better, due to the intercom issue.

Attentive staff, privileged location, the chain should invest in a restaurant that offers options for guests who do not want to travel in search of food

My stay at this hotel was great, the hotel is very well located "on the sand" and 2 km from Barra Beach. Room with good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, with a lot of variety. Great value for money

Dirty towels, smelly water, the hotel is in a great location, but leaves a lot to be desired.
