Wow. What can I say? This hotel is beautiful. Very close to the amusement parks, beautiful hotel. I was very pleased with the hotel staff and the services offered. I went all inclusive, breakfast was amazing so much to choose from, lunch I had within the park which was delicious and dinner was also good. Definitely recommend the hotel, will book again for next year for sure.

Pros - close to the park and close enough to go for food at night. Breakfast was nice and not to busy if you go at 8am. Expect to queue otherwise Cons - we did the roulette but they didn't even tell us which hotel we were in. We ended up just turning up to el paso and finding that we were meant to be staying there. They also failed to send through our room number and then to top it off after giving details to reception for our pickup car the security refused entry because they hadn't been sent through. Pool side loungers were really uncomfortable. Toilet paper was worse than the 2 star budget we stayed in next and some toiletries that were meant to be provided were empty. I wouldn't class this as a 4star hotel and we didn't even visit in peak season so some of the above isn't something I would expect.

The hotel was wonderful, with its cleanliness, service, facilities, and of course, the theming. Also, the breakfast buffet, which I found to be very high quality. I'll definitely return with this offer.

Good service with fast online check-in. Delicious breakfast in a large restaurant. The only downside is the breakfast shifts, which make it a bit stressful to get your food.

We were given accommodation at the El Paso Hotel even though we had booked at the PortAventura Hotel.

It was a very good stay here. The price included breakfast, free time at PortAventura Park and a day at Ferrari Land. The hotel room was very spacious and had a large double bed and a small single bed.

We got Hotel Caribe. We had to ask what hotel they had assigned us because they didn't send us the email the day before. We recommend having breakfast early because there are many people later, you have to reserve the time in advance.

The El Paso hotel, although a little dated, has adequate services and spaces. The arch is a mess with endless queues and few really interesting attractions. Ferrariland has only one notable attraction but be prepared for an exhausting wait.
