The hotel was recommended by a customer and helped us get a visa. The decoration of the hotel is elegant and cultural, and there is security check at the entrance. Unfortunately, I had a heat stroke on the day I arrived and couldn't eat my dinner. I wanted to eat some fruit. When I returned to the hotel, I found that a plate of fruit had been placed in the room. I was very surprised. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and made me feel at home. I highly recommend!

It's an old hotel, so the facilities are a bit worn out. But the staff were very kind and there was a shuttle to the airport, so I was satisfied! Kuwait is expensive, so I think it's a good value hotel.

Ambiance is cosy, Chintaka is our waiter and he is very accomadating and gave us warm service. We enjoyed our dinner. I hope to visit again. Tang chao restaurant is the most authentic chinese food that i had in kuwait. I am happy to give this review so everyone can visit as well.

We tried the seafood night happening every Wednesday, honestly the food was amazing, the sashimi was one of the best i ate, they also had burger fish which also was amazing, and shrimp rissotto, and so many variety!! Thank you especially to Sunin, Kevin and Jeena!

The seafood night is awesome. Excellent hospitality, kudos to Mr Kevin and his team. Wide variety of foods, well prepared. The desert is of course amazing. Very friendly staff and excellent ambiance. Thank you so much and blessings to you all

It has always been a pleasurable experience with the friendly alert crew with their cheerful reception, service and attention to details. Not to forget Mr. Simon Slim with his constant cheerful and professional approach, ready to serve whether in or outside his timing schedule They always exceed the expectation and make you feel at home. Nevertheless the food quality is spot on, fast delivery, very good presentation, smell, temperature and of course, yammmi taste…:) I’ve always felt proud to invite my family, friends, customers in.
