Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. The hotel is not far from the pedestrian street. Parking is free. The room faces the street and the soundproofing is average. The front desk staff is very friendly. The cleaner is quite old but also very polite.

The hotel is located in the core area of ​​Sarajevo city center, beside the main road (in fact, the main roads are very small), and it is very convenient to walk to the scenic spots. Because Sarajevo is very small and the roads are narrow, it is not recommended to drive. Walking is the most convenient way to visit. The room is not big, but very clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. The walls of the whole hotel are sprayed pictures of Sarajevo, which is very distinctive, which may be why it is called color inn. The room also comes with free Evian glass bottled water and bedtime snacks. The details of the hotel are very well done, the staff are very enthusiastic, and the service is very considerate. The breakfast is very rich, with many varieties of meat products, fruits, and dairy products. When you come to Sarajevo, staying at the Colorful Hotel is a very good choice. Behind the hotel is its own parking lot. I don’t know what happened. We called in advance to make an appointment and arrived at the scene, but we were told that we couldn’t park. Although the staff patiently explained to us, it might be due to language problems. However, the problem of free parking was finally solved through Ctrip.

Unparalleled praise

The room was OK, the location was average, it was a little far from the old town, the bed sheets were stained, the most unsatisfactory thing was the parking: we booked two rooms in total, with two cars, and saw that it was free parking. But when we arrived, the front desk said that four parking spaces were reserved by others, and then they calculated for a long time and said that they could park two cars for me, but when we parked, they said that we could only park one, OK, after a while we were going to drive out to eat, and they told us that we couldn’t park any cars and asked us to park in the mall next door... As a guest staying in the hotel, they didn’t solve the parking problem for us, so we went back and forth for half an hour to find a parking garage... Fortunately, we later negotiated with Ctrip to solve the problem of parking fees outside, but it wasted time and energy, affecting the mood of traveling!

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; I can confidently say it was the most well-organized hotel we've ever stayed in. The treats left in our room for the holiday were a thoughtful and kind gesture. As a family, we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The room was exactly as we had booked through Booking, which made us feel even more comfortable and reassured. The breakfast was not only delicious but also quite varied. The prices at the minibar were nearly the same as those of nearby cafés. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the city center, and the availability of parking (with reservation) was a great convenience. What impressed us the most was the warm, polite, and professional attitude of all the staff. We would also like to extend our special thanks to Ana, who carefully managed our entire booking process through Booking, seamlessly arranged our airport transfer, and was always there for us with her support.

Comfortable modern hotel, ideally located in Sarajevo. Has limited parking spaces but if you phone ahead you can reserve, there are other parking lots near by. Breakfast was amazing, staff friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would recommend if you are staying in Sarajevo.

This hotel is 5*+. A superb time in Sarajevo, staying at Colors Inn - fantastic and faultless service, with staff going above and beyond to make my solo trip special. Handwritten welcome notes, complimentary drinks and chocolate box on arrival, and excellent local knowledge - above all, exceptionally friendly and charming. For the price I paid, the room amazed me with the fab size and amenities - as well as the rooftop balcony with stunning views over the city. Within a 5min walk of the city centre, shopping, restaurants and nightlife, and old town. The breakfast was excellent - and certainly one of the best hotel buffets I've seen. This hotel felt like home away from home, and I can't wait to stay here on my next trip to Sarajevo. 10/10 on all fronts - would highly recommend.
