Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

Everything went well except the alarm of the corridor set off at around 01.00 o'clock, we were frightened and stay awake until 3.00, the hotel is good but the mistake ruined everything since the only thing I asked is a good sleep. Hope Radisson can put more efforts on maintenance to avoid this case from happening again in the future.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which allows you to leave your things and walk for an extra day, delicious breakfast and a good view from the window

The room is large, the breakfast is good, there is an underground parking lot, and it is very convenient to pull the luggage to the room. When you open the curtains of the east window, you can see the Jeanne d'Arc Tower, and it is within walking distance to the attractions.

The standard room I booked has either a shower or a bathtub. If you want a bathtub, please make a note when booking. The service is excellent. The point is that when we came back from Etretat, the train was delayed. The time we originally planned to pick up our luggage at the hotel became 10 minutes, and SNCF refused to reschedule. In the end, we could only try our luck to see if the hotel front desk could take our luggage to the train station (although the hotel is only a 4-minute walk from the train station). The lady at the front desk agreed directly and waited for us at the station. I was really touched! And she didn't want any tip I gave her. I think this is the highest level of service in the hotel industry.

One of the best hotels in Rouen, a few minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient to all the check-in spots. The breakfast is very rich, and the overall feeling is homely. I will stay there next time.

Stayed in May for three nights, arrived straight from Paris airport. Wonderful modern hotel, spacious room, own underground parking, restaurant (didn't use it, but it looks great) and bar with a good selection of drinks. 8 minutes walk to the central cathedral, seafood and cheese market nearby. Ideal for both exploring Rouen and for trips to the towns on the coast. The staff is friendly, helped with everything, gave a whole list of local restaurants and bars to visit. Recommended.

I had a great experience staying at Radisson Blu Hotel in Rouen! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Rouen Cathedral and the old town, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well designed, and they were spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly, and they gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and recommended local restaurants when we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious, and it was a great start to the day. The overall stay was very pleasant and it is a great choice for traveling or business in Rouen. Highly recommended!

The room was great, clean and tidy, the sofa bed was very comfortable, perfect for a family of 4! The breakfast was just average, but that's true of most continental breakfasts.

The room was nice. There were many kinds of bread and drinks for breakfast, but few vegetables and the fruits were all cut into pieces.
