Even the hotel is a bit old fashioned, the condition is good. Service is good.Room is clean n tidy. Amenities provided are adequate, in door swimming pool n spa is a plus. Underground free parking is good.

My car broke down. Couldn't make it to Ottawa. Informed after the fact no refund. Out over $500. Then charged an additional $520. Never use this booking service again. So much for saving on hotels.
