Great location, First time @ a&o, it was a great trip

receptionist was rude. initially she assigned me a room on 3rd floor, i went up to the room and there was literally someone sleeping on the bed. so i went to front desk again to ask for another room. she sighed in disbelief like i'm a dumb person. she questioned me and was generally rude (sighing, not even saying sorry for the mistake, and not nice). she just silently did some admin work and give me a new card without saying a single thing. room and toilet was ok but a bit ghetto, the lobby of the hostel seemed promising but in reality, the hallways of the room seemed suspicious and unsafe. there were people just hanging around there, sitting in the staircase (in a suspicious way, not a cool socializing way). walls are super super thin, we could hear parents scolding their kids and the kids screaming and crying. i wouldn't recommend this place considering their high price.

The check in staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in a few hours early for free! The staff were very helpful, despite their app not working for ordering food from the bar. The room was a good size, very clean and a lovely shower/bath. Highly recommend the hotel!

Dirty place. Some of the stuff were nice but some were rude and not professional at all. When I was checking out I was asking for the reception help and he was not polite, well he helped checking me out but he wasn’t nice at all. I didn’t feel safe at that place at all feels and look creepy.

Can be better in the future if you guys invest more time to teach a good workers!

Average stay, not much amenities. No charging points on bed.

Great place close to bus station but at the time I arrived many of the local food options were closed or very expensive, that’s not the venues fault lol

Zero privacy and kitchen facility. Even for free I rather would choose to sleep under a bridge. Not my place.

The management and customer service of the hotel or hostel are very poor. I did not stay there due to overbooking but waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours, though I booked a room more than 2 months before the 4-night stay. Besides, our booking was non-refundable. When we arrived at the place at around 8pm, we were immediately told that there was no room for us due to overbooking, showing that they knew such situation before our arrival. There are 3 ridiculous matters: 1. They just asked if we needed them to arrange another hotel for us after our arrival, but not contacting us before that. Otherwise, we could get to the new hotel directly. Of course we needed a room! 2. They took about 1.25 hours to find another hotel room for us. The time taken was unreasonably long. 3. They took another 1.25 hours to call a taxi to pick us from their place to another hotel. We were told originally that the waiting time was 10-15 minutes. The time taken was again unreasonably long. As a result, we wasted 2.5 hours waiting and worrying when and where we would stay. We also lost our rest and dinner time. P.S. I write this review after more than 2 months as I had been out of town. I still remember this bad bad experience and spend time writing this to let other potential customers know such possibility. Maybe I have all along been lucky in room booking. This still remains my only experience: waiting at the lobby for 2.5 hours for their handling of overbooking. Or...their management and customer service are exceptionally poor among hotels or hostels in the world!

It was ok. But the machine inside the motel didn't work by kard it was terrible because l have nothing cash with me. And it wasn't open until 3 pm
