check-in has to be exactly at 15:00 and we were there 10 minutes before 15:00 they still didn't let us check-in early (which doesn't makes sense since so many hotels allowed early check-in if the room is ready) so why bother let the guests wait longer outside? and the housekeeping didn't knock our door at all in the morning and just came in our room while we were asleep. also no fridge whatsoever to store cold drinks

The 8th floor basically overlooks the whole city The space is compact, but the space of the triple room is good! Convenient transportation, there is a supermarket next to it, convenient for shopping and dining

It was a good, quiet trip. We had the opportunity to explore the city in detail and it was very pleasant to meet friends in one of the Hanseatic cities of the north.

The service was great/very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were given the opportunity to leave our luggage there and we looked around the area until we were allowed into our room. I spent the days with my daughter and would do it again. Everything was great and I would recommend it.

We stayed there overnight. Really central, nice location and close to the water. Staff was nice and the price was reasonable too.

The hotel is small and clean, but the facilities are very simple. In addition, parking is charged, which is different from what is described on the website.
