Our experience with customer service was disappointing, as the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. We were placed in a lower-floor room with a very poor internet connection. When we contacted the receptionist for assistance, we were told to wait 30 minutes and to inform them if the situation did not improve. Unfortunately, the internet connectivity worsened after that time. Despite asking to be moved to a different room, the clerk refused our request, even though there were available rooms. We kindly ask for a manager to reach out to us to address these concerns, and no one had the decency to follow up or call back. Just a bunch of leeches. I would never go back in my life. No wonder Le Spa Finlandais disassociated themselves from this awful partnership. If I could give 0 out of 10, I would in a heart beat.

It was nice and a good experience

It's summer in July, the temperature is 28-30 degrees, and there is only one air conditioner on the two floors of the house in the lower hall. Others have no air conditioning. The air conditioner is set to 17 degrees Celsius, but only the wind blows out, and the room is like 28 degrees Celsius. The air conditioner is not enough and is broken. Everyone slept on the second floor at night and borrowed three fans. In addition, the floor was also very dirty, and the soles were black after walking for 5 minutes. The bed also makes an "ee" sound when turning around, but it's just too old. The lower toilet floor also heats up, like in a sauna.

The sanitation is fairly clean, the waiters are very enthusiastic, there is a free gym but not in the hotel, and the parking is free.
