"The environment exceeded my expectations; the room was very clean, and all amenities were in place. Falling asleep to the sound of water at night meant I didn't even need to turn on white noise—I slept soundly. It's also very pet-friendly, and I saw many small dogs. Facilities: A gym, convenience store, and restaurant are all available. The restaurant is very comfortable, with soft sofas by the window. There are a huge number of parking spaces, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. Service: Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very kind and had excellent service attitudes. They even prepared some candy for me when they found out I was on my period. Hot water and ginger tea are also available for free at the front desk."

"I took my mom and kids to Bipenggou for Christmas and chose this hotel. The Tibetan-style lobby was incredibly grand and unique. Every time we came back from outside, I'd just sit on the sofa, watching the dog and the kids play around – it was so relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean, and every night they offered white fungus soup and small snacks. On our last day, we even had hot pot and barbecue at the hotel, which was really enjoyable. The hotel's breakfast was exceptionally rich, and there was a large vegetable garden they cultivated themselves in the backyard. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area."

"The hot spring is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The complimentary hot spring pools are clean and comfortable, and soaking in them while enjoying the mountain views is incredibly therapeutic. I also highly recommend the hotel's traditional tea ceremony by the fireplace. Roasting tea over charcoal with some snacks, and chatting with friends – it's a wonderfully slow-paced and relaxing experience. The breakfast was also very thoughtfully prepared, with beef noodles, baozi, and various porridges, all tasting great. After a hearty breakfast, you're all set for a day of hiking, feeling energized and ready to go!"

"Traveling in early spring here was wonderfully quiet and pleasant. The facilities are brand new and well-equipped, and breakfast was hot and plentiful. It's also super convenient to walk to the scenic area. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Bipenggou."

"I brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free. We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling. It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!"

"Gurgou in winter is absolutely stunning. The moment we approached the hotel and saw rows of wooden cabins, we were immediately captivated by the picturesque scenery. Ms. Meizi at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and efficiently handled our check-in. She also provided us with numerous thoughtful tips, which made us feel right at home. We immediately headed to experience the hotel's renowned hot spring service after settling in, and indeed, soaking in the hot spring in sub-zero weather was incredibly warming and delightful!"

"Overall, I had a good experience, so I extended my stay by another night. The hot springs, in particular, were great. On both mornings I was there, I noticed the pool was empty and clean. They refilled it in the afternoon, which made it feel very hygienic."

"I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect."

"This is the third time I have come to see the Snow Mountain B&B. The last time I came was in summer, and the Ergu Creek in winter was another scenery. Although it is a pity that there is no snow, the scenery of the snow-capped mountains is enough to be shocking. This time I stayed in the largest sister room, the name should be taken from the sister peak of Siguniang Mountain. The room is clean and tidy, with its own floor heating, and it will not be cold in winter. The housekeeper and his wife are still kind and cute, and they also saw the cute dog Hanamaki. For dinner, I ordered a Tibetan hot pot that I was thinking about. Sitting in the glass dome restaurant, while enjoying the steaming food, while looking at the distant mountains and the sky, it seems that people can forget all their troubles. Hope to come back next time in autumn red leaves season!"
