Every time I go to Rome, I will live in this hotel. I can’t remember how many times I like it. I like this family very much. It’s very cute. The little son is also very handsome. Haha.

Great location, next to termini station. Made it very convenient to and from airport. In addition several tours leave from nearby.
Room was clean and everything worked.
Staff were both friendly and efficient : nothing was too much trouble .
Good wifi.
Breakfast buffet was limited but everything was there and we enjoyed every morning .
Very pleasant stay . Thanks

Convenient hotel to stay close to main train station. The room was kept very clean with good attention to detail. Facilities are basic, although good value for Rome where hotels can be expensive. Great location and minutes walk from the main train station. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

The location is good and the room size is good, except it has not been renovated for some time, so, some of the items are almost break, need to use it with caution. Such as the hair dryer will only work for less than 1 min, then it will stop. I have checked, there is no timer of the hair dryer. So, I think the sensor felt that was overheat, so it has stopped.

Quite good location, easy to find if you walk from Timini Station.
Breakfast were nice, however not enough choice. Vegetarians would struggle and vegans would drink only cup of tea and would have an apple.
The door to the bathroom did not work properly. View from the window was to the wall. No nice sunny daylight.
Poor sound isolation from the rooms nearby, so at night we could hear some noise.
I think this place is a little overcharged just because of location.
On the checkout at 5 am when we were in hurry, we have to wait and pay city tax which was not requested on the check-in!
Overall it is a clean place.

The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes away from Roma Termini train station and you can walk to places to visit. The breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. Our only problem was over heating. The room, which was heated by the air conditioner, did not have an air conditioner control and was working centrally. The hotel determines the working hours of the air conditioner, and this is quite ridiculous in my opinion. I can say that I never warmed up in the hotel where we stayed on a cold day in January. this was the only but very important disadvantage of the hotel..

The sanitation is very clean, but the location is a bit off. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. It is very close to the Rome train station. The bus to the airport is also outside the train station, so it is very convenient.

The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless

WWongThe location is good and overall the room is comfortable. However it shouldn’t named “hotel” but Airbnb without breakfast service. The clause of reception period must be highlighted coz it’s only 4hours services a day . My flight from Vienna have been delayed by 4 hours and tried to call few times, either it’s no answer or incorrect number. Eventually when I arrived the hotel .I need to find other room to stay . It was my first time in my life i am not able to check in my reserved “hotel”. Since I am a regular traveler. It was such a bad experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes away from the train station. The room is not big, the facilities are a bit old, the bedside plug board is very old, it may be a plug board from the 1990s, and the carpet is a bit old. But the hotel's breakfast is great, especially the environment. It is on the top floor and you can see the view directly, which is a plus. The price is reasonable during weekdays, but it is more expensive on weekends.

NNam HyeokU could enter the room with the pin number which was easy. But getting into a place for the first time was a bit difficult. Location is good but u have to be careful at the ppl outside late at night. There was inly one bed so I had to sleep next to my friend.
