Good staying

Compared to other hotels, this hotel has a really good location. It's only 2 minutes away from the train station. The room is bright and clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly. The shower water temperature may be a little difficult to control and the water flow is a little small, but everything else is satisfactory and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Every year, I stay in Rome several times and this is the first time I review a hotel! I am already a loyal fan of Ctrip! But I don’t know that Ctrip will cooperate with such a hotel that has no value for money! The only advantage of the hotel is that it is close to the train station! The room is very small, especially the shower room, even turning around is difficult! The water from the shower does not flow continuously, but only intermittently! No desire to take a shower! It's very noisy outside the hotel, and it doesn't get quiet until three in the morning every night! More than 200 euros for room fee! The price/performance ratio is beyond words!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Roma Termini is only a two-minute walk away, which is very convenient for traveling in Rome; the room is newly renovated and looks very comfortable; the only fly in the ointment is the bedding (pillow and quilt) It’s been a while since I woke up, and the pillow core is balled up, even if I put the pillowcase on, I can still see it

When checking in on the first day, the counter waiter was already unfriendly and indifferent. After checkin, he took us to take the elevator. He thought our room would be in the same building, but he took us to the ground, and then walked for two minutes to the old building next door. The dark environment, the very old elevator, feels very dangerous, and I don’t know anything about the surrounding rooms. I don’t know if it’s a local resident or other tourists staying in this "hotel". I feel extremely insecure. This is by no means " The environment that a hotel should have! We can never accept paying the price of a hotel but accepting such a dangerous living environment, so we asked the staff on the spot if there are other vacant rooms for us to stay. He replied that there is no more that night, and he can only wait for tomorrow. In the end we were able to stay in the room in the original building, and the other counter staff were also unfriendly, they seemed to think we were causing them a lot of trouble, but I just asked for my due service. This kind of experience is the worst I have ever encountered in my whole life, and I don't hope that other travelers will encounter similar situations.
