Hotel Villa Pinciana Reviews

The location is fantastic, a classy neighbourhood, very quiet, nearby to train station and Trevi fountain. The villa itself is beautiful. The staff were very accommodating, cooperative, very kind and professional. The room, however, is very, very dated and in desperate need of renovation, not just that it needs cleaning. Things are old and falling apart. The kettle was dusty with a broken top. The shower heads scaly. The hotel needs serious remodelling on the interior and upgrading.

Hotel was in a great location. walking distance to the main railway station and to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Good nearby bus links to the colosseum and the circus Maximus, and only a ten minute walk to the nearest underground. The hotel did a buffet breakfast which was very convenient, and had a mini bar in the room which we didn’t use, but the prices seemed reasonable for a hotel in Rome. Good restaurants nearby also.

Wonderful stay made better by great service and private parking. Rooms are exactly as seen in the photos and spotless.

The hotel environment is very good, and the service of the staff is also very satisfactory. The hotel's breakfast has a variety of varieties. I stayed for 6 days and had a very good experience. I hope I can have the opportunity to experience it again in the future!

When we checked in on the first night, the hotel said that they could not find the Ctrip order and let us check in early. Ctrip also communicated with them in time the next morning Breakfast is so-so and barely edible

Excellent stay. Excellent room assignment. Excellent welcome, courtesy and kindness. Perhaps (but I admit that it is an excess of pickiness and is not a criticism at all) only the breakfast was with little choice. But it is also true that a good part of the clientele had breakfast at the same time...... and the staff worked hard to satisfy everyone and quickly. In any case everything perfect. Thanks again. Delightful hotel, in a beautiful early 1900s villa with garden and secure parking. The property is located in a wonderful area, very close to Via Veneto. Very courteous and professional staff. Highly recommended for both business and tourist stays.
