This was a lovely hotel in a great location. We found Gion the most convenient place to stay to explore Kyoto, with a metro within 10 minutes walk away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and often went out their way to assist and support us. They had given our honeymoon stay extra thought and gave us a small welcome bag. We particularly loved the amenities station and would definitely recommend a stay here!

Love this hotel so much that the room size is spacious and big , which we did not expect ! Definitely will come back again during our proposal anniversary as we had proposal here

It's walking distance to Gion and Kiyomizu Dera. Rooms are quite big compare to other hotels.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Kamo River, a typical Japanese inn. A lot of free toiletries are provided. The only downside is that no one cleans the room, and you need to pay extra if you need it cleaned.

The hotel is quite comfortable and clean. We brought a child with us. We had a tatami bed. Actually, two beds can sleep three people. The bed is very big. We were given a room facing the Kamo River. It was really nice to watch the sunset. There are self-service washing machines, microwaves, drinking water, and some replacement toiletries on the first floor. It is very close to Hanami-koji and Pontocho. You can walk there. There is a 7-11 downstairs, as well as a fruit shop. Then there is the main road, which is full of food, drink, and shopping stores. The location is so good. The child said he would stay here again next time he comes to Kyoto.

Personally, I feel that the cleanliness is not as good as that of the hotel. It is still a bit dirty, with a large layer of dust. Moreover, it faces the street, and the sound insulation is really poor. I didn't sleep well at all. The room is still big enough, especially the bathroom.

Check-in was handled by a Chinese staff, and communication was smooth. The room was large, especially the bathroom facilities were very good. The location was convenient near Kamogawa and Sanjo subway station, and there was a 711 next to it where you could withdraw cash. The only problem was that the floor mat in the room would get stained if you stepped on it with your shoes outside, which could be improved. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

Suitable for family travel, the room is very large, more than 35m2, Two sinks, bathroom and toilet separated from wet and dry, Gion is just outside the door, and you can walk to Kamogawa River and Sigenmachi shopping street.

Located between Gion Shijo and Sanjo Station, about 5-7 minutes' walk, a little distance from the transfer station from Osaka (I forgot what it's called). The room is big, the bed is big, it's the biggest room I stayed in this trip. Very quiet, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, no need to take a bath in the bathtub, two washbasins, bathroom water pressure is super strong, so strong that I dare not open it to the maximum hahahahaha. There is a Chinese guy at the front desk, communication is stress-free, and you can receive a welcome gift when you check in. There are self-service washing machines and ice machines on the first floor of the hotel, and the supplies can also be picked up on the first floor. It is very considerate to prepare the kind of gel patch that relieves physical fatigue, which can be applied to shoulders and legs. Some points that may mind: non-24h front desk, it seems to be 8 am-10 pm, check-in can only be done after 3 pm, and check-out needs to be done before 10 pm. Then the door is opened and closed with a traditional door lock, which needs to be locked with a key. My friend and I forgot to lock it when we went out for the first time. . There is no bottled water in the room, and you need to go to the first floor to get water. They don't clean the room every day, but they will help change towels and take out the trash. The flaws are not a big problem. I should consider this hotel again next time I come to Kyoto~ Oh, by the way, it's in a small alley, and the scenery nearby is very good~ There is a 711 not far downstairs, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant next door (reservation required)

Very very satisfied! The hotel is very comfortable and new. The triple room is very large and comfortable! Two 26-inch suitcases can be fully unfolded! There is also a small dining table for leisure! The location is also great, with the Kamo River outside the window, which is very convenient! The facilities and hygiene are very satisfactory!
