Location not good, taxis often refused to go to the hotel

Perfect location, and great breakfast. Sound isolation in room could be better but this is not critical. Rooms was medium size and very clean .

Location strategic , 10 minutes to the Metro station, and from rome termini station you can get a bus to the hotel and get off in front of the hotel

Amazing hotel

There is a lot of dust on the floor and it feels rusty when you step on it. The service is good and the room is cleaned every day (towels are changed). The soundproofing is average and you can hear the sound of opening the door or talking in the next room!!

There is an aisle when you enter the door. The bed is small and the bathroom is small. Those who are wide and fat should be careful. The room is dimly lit, so be careful if you have poor eyesight. The air conditioning controller is not easy to operate. One button controls all functions, which is too unfriendly to those who do not understand English and the elderly. The sound insulation is not very good, but fortunately I fell asleep. Hygiene: It's so-so. No tissue paper, no slippers, no kettle, and no bottled water are provided. Service: There is only a bearded uncle at the front desk, and the service is quite satisfactory.
