It is close to the metro station and bus station so it is really convenient.

no toothbrush, no shampoo provide, stole our room card, clean the room badly everyday, no refill the towel, open the window and don't close it when we are not out of the room. so sad !

The reason I only give 2 for amenities because the pool and facility for the spa were not available. It was out since February and Trip.com didn’t posted it. The reason I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool.

Cool style hotel, all new and clean. Highly recommended for a couples weekend, not so suitable for families. Very comfortable beds, large TV etc. GYM is also fine. Great rooftop and good food in the hotel restaurant.

Entering the room was a bit of a shock. The bedside lamp was covered in a skull, so scary! The service was average. The sofa bed we'd booked wasn't made up, and it took two phone calls before they made it. The location was good, close to the Vatican and within walking distance.

Facilities: The bed frame is sharp and right-angled, and our feet were scratched. We reported it to the front desk, but there was no comfort or remedy. They also said that the bed was normal and other people were not scratched. Hygiene: I went to the bathroom in the lobby on the first day, it was very dirty, and I didn't take pictures. Environment: The surrounding area is dirty and messy. Service: When I checked in on the first day, the front desk was very messy and the attitude was unfriendly. I asked other Chinese people who stayed there, and they also said that they were unfriendly to Chinese people. Because I was too lazy to move my luggage, I stayed for another 3 days. When I checked in on the second day, because I asked for a double bed, I entered the room for a while before letting the waiter change the sheets and quilts and divide them into two beds. There was a lot of dust when shaking the quilt and flyers. Why didn't you divide the beds and let us check in again? On the first day of check-in, there was one water in the refrigerator. I called for water, but no second water was delivered. This hotel has a very bad reputation. When shopping, the Chinese salesperson asked us where we lived and said that the service of this hotel was not good. It is strongly recommended that Chinese people do not stay in this chain hotel. It is named Mom Hotel, but there is no service related to moms.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the subway station. There is also a 24-hour supermarket nearby. It is within 20 minutes' walk to the Vatican. The hotel is relatively new and has an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Unfortunately, the front desk did not inform us that we needed to make an appointment in advance. The room is also very spacious, and there is also a Rooftop Bar with a view of the Vatican.

The bathroom design is very poor. There is no water blocking design in the bathroom. When you take a shower, the water flows everywhere. The wash basin is very high. Even I, who is 1.7 meters tall, feel it is too high. The faucet is on my forehead. I don't know how to wash my face without hitting my head. There is not even a cup for drinking water in the room. There are no tea bags or coffee bags. It's so stingy.

The hotel is quite clean, the staff is friendly, and we checked in early when we arrived at the hotel at noon (it is much friendlier than other hotels in Europe). The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Vatican Museum and a 3-minute walk from the red line subway to Rome Termini Station. It is super convenient to go anywhere. Note: It is recommended to take the subway from Rome Airport (the bus drop-off point is about a 25-minute walk from the specific hotel, and the road is not easy to walk). In addition, there will be some drunk people near the subway station after 21 o'clock near the hotel. Girls are not recommended to walk here too late. Overall, it is still very good. (The hotel does not have slippers, only one body + hair soap, and mineral water is only given for one day)

The room is large and can accommodate three people. The bathroom does not have toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers. The hotel is clean and tidy. Check-in cannot be early and the check-in time is always 15:00. The swimming pool and sauna have been restored and reservations are required at the front desk.

This hotel is similar to the designer hotels in China. It is surrounded by communities, with many supporting facilities and buses. It is a 1-minute walk from the Cipro subway station. The first floor is a restaurant and coffee bar. There should be a swimming pool downstairs. The room is cleaner than many four-star hotels in China, with a reasonable layout and a very large bed, which is very comfortable to sleep in. Buying breakfast directly at the hotel is an additional 22 euros, which is more cost-effective than going to the Vatican to eat brunch. Its breakfast is really good! The only disgusting thing is the two women at the front desk. They think they are superior because they can speak Italian. I took out my card to swipe the deposit and insisted that I swipe it myself. If I couldn’t swipe it, I would show a bad face to me. I deliberately didn’t take out the cash to see how they would solve it! Women working in the service industry throughout Italy feel very good about themselves. Italian men make me feel more comfortable!
