We love our stay at Room mate Philippo - location is very convenient, rooms are clean, personal friendly and especially - breakfasts are very good.

It’s a clean and accessible hotel just a minute walk from the baberini station, if you walk from the back you can even reach the top of the trevi fountain! Stay was great for 3 nights.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy area, 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. It is convenient to travel and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel design is very beautiful, and there is a terrace for viewing. The breakfast is rich in variety and there are slight changes every day. Mauro at the front desk is really warm and polite, making people feel warm. He also recommended many delicious restaurants and authentic food, which made us spend a wonderful holiday in Rome.

The hotel is very clean. I chose this hotel when I came here for the first time. It was ok at the beginning. I stayed for four days in a row. Not to mention the room change every day, I was even given a disabled room in the end. The toilet was not accessible because of the high price. The people at the front desk were getting worse and worse, and their attitude was bad. I will not recommend friends to stay here again. It was really disappointing.

We were in this hotel for the second time. The choice was not accidental - excellent location, stylish, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and polite and helpful staff. Everything is great! Next time only here!

The hotel is located in an alley, close to the Spanish Steps. The uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Later, a younger brother came who was rather indifferent and did not help solve our problems.

The location is very good. Plaza de España, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Colosseum are all within walking distance. The hotel is very new so it is very clean. The service is also very friendly and any problems are handled quickly. Shopping around is convenient and safe. The hotel breakfast is open until 12 o'clock, which can save a meal and is also very good haha

The staff are really nice. Thank you very much. The room is relatively small but the price is ok and cost-effective Good location. There are subway stations, canteens, restaurants and department stores nearby. There are stains on the mirror on the wall and dust on the quilt, but not much.

The hotel is in a good location, just near Plaza de España, about a 10-minute walk from the boutique street and about a half-hour walk from major attractions. The waiters are enthusiastic and provide in-store wine service. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with fast internet speed, thumbs up 👍

Although the location is on the outskirts, the desk staff was very friendly and I had a great time!!

The hotel is in a very good location. The main road is about 50 meters away from the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking. The Wishing Fountain is not far away. The breakfast is also great.

The location is excellent, a ten-minute walk from Plaza de España and close to the subway station. I stayed for three consecutive days and this hotel was the only hotel in my entire thirty-day trip where breakfast was different every day! I will stay here again next time I come to Rome!
