The location is a bit far from the center, the train station near to hotel but the train usually takes long to arrive and then you have to change some trains to arrive to the center. The receptionist were rude specially Massimiliano he wasn’t polite at all, and the rest doesn’t seem to be helpful. The only three guys that there were so helpful and kind Luka, El Sayed and Yuriay.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked a selected room, but was actually given a standard room. I asked Ctrip to intervene and they told me there was no solution. They had to check the availability the next day to see if we could change rooms. Because we didn't arrive at the hotel until 11pm, we didn't have the energy to mess around with the hotel, so we just stayed for one night and changed rooms the next day. As a result, they told us the next day that they couldn't change rooms. They were very arrogant. We stayed for three nights, but the free water in the room was never put in. We called three times to ask for it, but it was never delivered. There was no shampoo, but an empty bottle was left there. They were indifferent when we called to change it. Finally, my husband couldn't stand it anymore, so he went to the front desk to argue and gave us two small bottles. The next day was even worse. We went out to play in the morning, and they told us that we couldn't change rooms during the day. We thought we were traveling, so we stayed for three nights, so we didn't bother changing hotels, and we made do. As a result, when we returned to the hotel at more than 8pm, the room was not cleaned. I really haven't seen a hotel with worse service. I won't come again, and I don't recommend Chinese people to come. The waiters here all have a condescending tone. This is the most disgusting hotel, no one!

I liked the service of the staff, they are polite, answer questions. I liked the breakfast: there is a boiled egg, and greens, and sausages, and cakes. Every guest will find something for themselves. The room is generally comfortable, in winter the hotel is warm. But the windows are a bit leaky and you can hear the noise from the road periodically. The towels and robe are good. Average cleaning: the floors were not washed or vacuumed (crumbs and hair were lying on the floor, and no one cleaned them up during my entire stay). The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are also comfortable. There are toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, cotton pads with sticks and a nail file. Initially, I booked another hotel in the center, but it was so cold and noisy that I looked for an alternative option and found the Radisson. Overall, I don't regret it. If I'm ever in Rome again, I'll definitely consider it for accommodation.

I stayed at the Radisson Grand Hotel Ritz and overall the experience was good. The room was clean and well-organized, with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. However, the soundproofing leaves much to be desired: external noises and those from other rooms are clearly audible, making it difficult to rest. A particularly negative aspect was the taxi management: I had booked a car for 7:30 am, but at the time of departure the taxi was not present, causing an avoidable inconvenience. For a hotel of this level, such a service should be more reliable.

It was the first time we were assigned to a high-rise building. There was a young Italian brother at the front desk who was really nice and always cared about us. Then Ctrip also actively solved the problem of city tax. We went to Switzerland, Florence, and Nice. I felt that this hotel in Rome was good. The location is a little far from the train station, but it's safer, which is great.

Hotel facilities are very good among the places near downtown Rome, the breakfast room is good, there are many types of bread, and they are delicious.

I booked two standard 22 m2 rooms, they gave me one of perhaps 12 m2 which is very small with a tiny bathroom and one a little larger with a large bathroom, one in the opposite wing. Shameful . Very nice and helpful staff but…… they should respect the reservations and not to their liking. My complaint X the room was answered …. Sorry we are full…. I am speechless ….
