The location is near Termini Station. The reception staff are really kind and helpful, with good English communication skills. The room is clean, spacious, and warm. As always, areas near main stations may not be the safest, but we can choose brighter streets when walking back to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is very nice, and we will definitely choose it again when we travel to Rome.

Love everything about this hotel, from the service to the room itself to the design concept! Room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable to lie on! ♥️ location wise it is ~6 mins walk from Roma Termini so it’s super convenient especially for travellers like us!

We spent 2 nights here on our first trip to Rome. Very convenient for the main station and extremely easy to get there from the airport by train. The hotel was very nice with a lovely reception area. The room was perfect for us. Unfortunately when we returned to the hotel for an afternoon break on our first day there was someone in our room doing maintenance which we weren't warned about. We went up to the rooftop bar for half an hour to let him finish but it was a little frustrating. We were able to reach all the sights by foot but it was a lot of walking. I would recommend for ease of getting there by train from the airport.

The location is around 10-15 minutes from train station. It may be a bit difficult for those carrying large luggages. The staff are extremely friendly. They allow us for early check in and help throw away my broken luggage’s. Many thanks to them.

Very big and spacious room with decent location near Roma Termini. Breakfast was good too! Only minor hiccup was the room i got was on the ground floor and there were some mosquito in the room and noises from the street outside. I’d still recommend this hotel room travelers!

A fantastic location. In walking distance of the Trevi fountain and the colosseum. Also very close to a nice selection of restaurants and convenience shops. The WiFi was ok. It sometimes very briefly dropped out. The shower was a bit weird as it would cycle through cold, warm, and hot. The A/c was ok. We had it on 19 and it kept the room an ok temperature. In Rome A/C in hotels is often bad so this was probably better than most. The staff were excellent! Often hotel staff in Rome can be a bit sullen and not so helpful but the staff at the Hive were excellent and very helpful. They gave us a late checkout as we needed time before our flight. The restaurant on the roof is gourmet so it is more expensive than other restaurants nearby BUT you get some beautiful food. If you ask at reception they may have a 20% discount voucher for hotel guests.

We are group of family booking this hotel. I love their unique shampoo and shower gel, it smelling beer. With 14min walk to attractive unnesco heritage.

The rooms I booked are spacious and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a bit in between Rome Termini and the nearest metro station. Quite convenient if you have good mobility. As I travel with some elderlies, taxi & bus was a better choice for in-town transportation.

Very nice staff at the hotel. Pleasant 3 nights stay, location was near to train station. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Many good eating places nearby.

Hotel is like a biz hotel. Nothing fancy. The hot water tap doesn’t work well. Either too hot or too cold, no medium hot. The hotel is by the road side and very noisy.

The Hive is really near Roma Termini station, about 5-10 mins walking radius. It has many good restaurants, Gelateria and pizzeria around the area. It’s about 30 mins walking radius to the nearby attractions. Best place to stay in Rome!

Very good location, brand new and styled design. Conveniently located for 5 mins walk from the Roma Termini and central point for most of the tourist attractions in Rome. The only complaint is the lift for accessing the gym is very slow as the gym is contracted out for fitness class and always occupied. Staff are friendly and allowed to have late check out till 1230 to met out train schedule.

This is one of my favourite hotels near Termini Station. It is comfortable, modern and with everything you need in terms of amenities. The rooftop restaurant is definitely an asset. The only complaint is the wifi that did nit function in my room, and low connectivity in my room. I was told that it only occurred in my room.

Location is pretty good, walkable to most landmark. Near the hotel is also a stop for the hop on hop off buses, I think 4 or 5 different companies there. Only issue is that there is no parking in front of the hotel, we had some difficulties getting a Uber when heading to the airport as all didn't want to stop there to pick up and cancelled my bookings.
