I booked a hotel because it was close to the train station, but he asked me to go to another B&B, which was far from the train station. He was a liar.

It's 5 minutes from Terumini Station, but if you take the wrong exit, you'll have to walk 15 minutes on a bumpy tiled road. Look for the exit at Via MARSALA. Also, the hotel that appears as Hotel Marisa on Google Maps and iPhone Maps is a completely different hotel on the other side of the station. I recommend typing in the address. (By the way, the correct hotel appears as "Marisa" on iPhone Maps). As I've written, the location, service, and cleanliness of the room were all very good. It faces the road and is not soundproof, so the horns and car sounds are quite loud at night, but I can sleep anywhere, so it wasn't a problem for me. Above all, Giorgio at the breakfast venue was very kind and I was able to have a very enjoyable breakfast. I would like to stay at this hotel again just to meet Giorgio lol When I come to Rome again, I will stay here.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. I was very happy that they gave me detailed instructions on how to access tourist spots. It is also easily accessible, about a 3-minute walk from Roma Termini Station. The breakfast venue was also delicious.
