Actually, everything else during my stay was wonderful — the housekeeping team and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made me feel very welcome. However, I must express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the restaurant’s operations, which significantly tainted an otherwise pleasant experience. At the restaurant, the reception staff told us that we could sit wherever we liked. Following their instruction, we chose a table, only to be loudly scolded by a waitress in front of all the other guests. She insisted we had taken a table that was already set for the lunch service. This public confrontation was not only humiliating, but also completely unnecessary — and deeply upsetting. It clearly reflects a severe lack of internal communication and training within the team. As a guest, I felt disrespected and embarrassed. The inconsistency in the restaurant’s service approach and the staff’s unprofessional behavior significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. I sincerely hope the management will take this issue seriously and provide better coordination and staff training, so future guests do not have to experience such discomfort.

Very good location, near train station. Staff was very friendly to provide map and key attractions in Rome. Newly renovated and comfortable room. Value for money, will recommend!

We have a great two nights stay for our first stop in Italy. Location- near to Tiburtina station, you can take bus 62 which is just in front of the hotel. Cleanliness- good and new Soundproof isn’t very good but still acceptable. Overall, highly recommend to tourists as it’s not dangerous at Termini station.

Great breakfast with a variety of food. It's located right opposite the bus station, and there's a train station nearby. There isn't a lift, so one had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Rome again.

Very nice hotel, good location just nearby the train station and bus station, less than 5 mins by walk. Lots of restaurants nearby the hotel as well. Highly recommended

Excellent location with 5 mins walk to Tiburtina Station which also have direct access to airport train line. The room is super clean and staff is friendly and helpful. 7 mins walk to Conad supermarket.

A very convenient location to go to anywhere (incl. the airport).

Nice large room with comfortable bathroom. Everything in the hotel is super clean and the staff are really helpful. Although a little away from the main attractions in Rome it is close to a main station so therefore easy access to the airport and metro to the Colosseum and beyond. It also means you can find reasonably priced local restaurants and cafes which are not too touristy. I will be staying again :)

The hotel had very good access to transportation such as train stations, bus terminals, and subways. The surrounding environment was general, but the evening was relatively quiet, so it wasn't bad. The breakfast provided was relatively rich and satisfactory, and the hygiene and facilities of the room were good, so it was impressive. The kindness of the hotel staff was also very impressive.
