The best hotel I have stayed in Europe. The staffs were nice and welcoming. They were giving us tips on where to go and what to do. We dined at their restaurant of their sister hotel, people were so nice!!

The hotel itself is great. We loved the room with a terrace, amenities are Acqua di Parma, staff is lovely. The bar is lively however some staff of the bar are a little rude to hotel costumers (just some of them, others are great). The pool is amazing. We will be back here.

Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite. The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning. The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.
