Holiday Inn Express Rochester - University Area Reviews

The hotel rooms are clean and new. There are two electric charging posts here, which is not indicated anywhere when I booked. Having the ability to charge my car to full while staying in Rochester for the Strong Museum of Play makes this a great experience.

The area was fine, we were just in for an overnight stay. It felt safe. The room LOOKED clean, until: there was a dirty floss pick on the counter, there was dirt behind the bathroom door. The fridge would not get cold by any means, and the lights by the bed (that you would use to read,etc) did not work. We needed an extra blanket so we went to ask the worker at the counter (very nicely may I add). With an attitude she stated that they had more guests than they had accounted for but there were no extra blankets. At this point I explained all of the things wrong with the room and she “wrote them down”. After saying I would wait for her to look for the blanket, she “found” one. Breakfast was fine, pool was small but fine. Just very disappointed with room and service!

I am a student it was my first trip to Rochester to join the university of Rochester i stayed only 1 night the hotel was good like a 3 star hotel it was clean the breakfast was good the overall experience was good i am satisfied

Easy to find location and restaurant near location

Second time staying here, very close to the University of Rochester. The price is much more expensive than during the epidemic period

The breakfast is rich, the environment is good, clean and hygienic.

Free breakfast, good value for money

The sound of the electric drill upstairs was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I went to the front desk to negotiate and replied that they were decorating.

The hotel is very close to the University of Rochester, with convenient transportation and parking. The hallway is not hygienic, and there are food residues in the bathroom in the room, which attracts some ants.

房間不大，但是衞生很好，服務人員很熱情，早飯雖然選擇不是很多也不錯，免費停車，所以是家庭出遊的不二選擇。

酒店就在高速邊上，自駕很方便，房間乾淨整潔，早餐東西種類不多，有咖啡，水果，麪包，酸奶，雞蛋，對我來説也夠了。
