Receptionists are the face of the hotel but they aren’t too friendly and slow Only one receptionist when we check in and out so it took forever for us to check out The coffee in the room is chargeable The room service is reasonable priced Gym and massage is male and female separated Gym isn’t too welcoming many locals walking in and out for hang out or charging It became weird for me to gym at the gym We booked this hotel and thought we could walk to the mall across the hotel But we found no way a pedestrian could access to the mall so you need to call a taxi or uber anyway to get there

The room was clean but of moderate size, the breakfast was rich, the location was average, the overall was very good, the price was right, suitable for business trip accommodation, and parking was convenient.

The room feels very upscale, the waiters are friendly, and this hotel is a four-star hotel. But we came during Ramadan and didn't have breakfast, so we ate instant noodles in the room. The price is relatively expensive.

When I extended my stay, I was glad that they were able to arrange for me to stay in the same room.

I went in Ramadan. Although there is no breakfast, the service is very good. I hope to go again next time when it is not Ramadan.

Very bad customer service. Hotel had rooms when I arrived. I made a mistake with the dates and they gave me a ridiculous price to charge the extra night even though they are getting me checking out a day early. So different to the Crown Plaza in Jeddah where due to my late flight arrival and arriving in the morning they refundedme the night. We are booking colleagues in this hotel all the time. They just lost themselves at least 5 stays for 2025.

Good hotel for stay with all facilities. Housekeeping staff are great. Special mention for Sultan, who is taking care of my room. The breakfast in the restaurant is great.The Indian chefs are excellent. No noise from outside.Had good sleep.

not a good stay because we expected a bit more than we got based on the price we paid the bellboys are friendly receptionists are terrible. they just don't keen on serving you or helping you out. they just asked you to wait for nothing the room service is reasonably priced and quite tasty the room is very noisy with traffic noise around the clock. also the fire alarm was on no coffee is free in the room the gym is only for men but you see many people loitering at the gym to hang out, charging phones, getting working, or simply chatting without really working out. the door is wide open with people walking around. ladies need to go to the ladies club.
