We had booked the hotel via the mobile number mentioned on the official website, paid 50% advance via UPI for 2 apartments for 2 nights. We were a group of 9 and When we reached the hotel, our excitement dampened upon learning that the apartments were not a property of Aloha but just a neighbouring building and we could not avail any facility at the property, not even the morning breakfast. All the more worse, it was an agent whose number is mentioned on the website and this particular agent had reserved only one apartment for our group. We had the online receipt of the booking of 2 apartments for 2 night, breakfast included, but the management completely denied all the accountability. We obviously created a scene, called up on the same number, the men of the family were furious, but ultimately we all 9 ended up in one apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, we were provided with extra beddings. There is also an attached kitchen with microwave, some utensils, kettle and an induction cook top. Of course the location is excellent, the serene beauty of the mountains with the Ganges flowing is amazing Do visit the property, but be careful with your bookings. We have learnt the lesson the hard way !!

Awesome property and stay staff was too courteous Specially Miss Vandana Kala manager operations she was too courteous to get us lunch after the resturants were closed felt like home would recommend everyone to do visit here and not to miss evening Aarti was awesome

We recently stayed in a one-bedroom apartment at Aloha by the Ganges for two days, and here’s our honest review based on our experience. Aloha operates both as a resort and as an apartment-style accommodation, with the latter being a more budget-friendly option. We paid ₹6,400 per night (excluding meals) for the apartment. While the overall property is nice, I wouldn’t choose to stay in their apartment again. The moment you enter, you get the feeling that you've opted for a lower-tier stay. 1. The resort staff is well-trained and professional, whereas the apartment staff is local and lacks professional hospitality training. 2. There is no dedicated help desk for apartment guests. Instead, you are given a manager’s contact number and must coordinate everything via phone. If they don’t answer, you’re left stranded since the main reception only assists resort guests. 3. Resort guests get free parking, but apartment guests are charged ₹150 per day. 4. Parking space for apartment guests is at the back, while resort guests get priority closer to the entrance. 5. Staff will not bring your car to the porch if you're an apartment guest. I found it quite uncomfortable watching resort guests being welcomed by staff handling their luggage while I had to wait for my caretaker to escort me to the room. 6. No breakfast included in the apartment stay. 7. The overall experience made us feel like second-class guests. If I’m paying ₹6,400 per night, I’d rather stay somewhere I’m treated with equal priority and receive better service, even if it means spending ₹1,000–₹2,000 more. Would I recommend staying in the apartments at Aloha by the Ganges? Not really. The resort experience might be great, but the apartments lack the hospitality, convenience, and service expected at this price point.

On My mom's 80th birthday, we decided that the family required blessings of the river Ganges as was her wish. So there's no better place than Rishikesh for a great getaway. Aloha on the Ganges is a property which had some great reviews and so we decided to visit this resort. On arrival, we were checked in quickly and we were tucked into the Superior rooms. The view from there was great and the lush green lawn was a sight for sore eyes. After resting for sometime, we all headed fir the restaurant and had a great meal. The variety and service were really complimenting each other and the smiling, helpful staff really made it seems like a home affair. We then decided to go for a walk down to the beach. We took the car as mom didn't want to hike up the road, though it's a short walk. The beach was silver and the Ganges cool and welcoming. Though it is not advisable to go into the river unless you are with the staff to evaluate the current. After taking some nice family snaps we headed back to the hotel and rested until dinner and played some Dumb Charade of Hindi movies and had some exciting actions and laughs. Next morning breakfast spread was very good again. The masala and cheese omlette were my favourite. You had Indian and continental spread too. The cold coffee was to die for. It was perfectly blended with a really smooth taste and frothy looks. All of us helped ourselves to it. After breakfast, we headed to the Rishikesh market and the temples there. The place was pretty clean compared with the Haridwar areas. After spending some time with our duties, we headed towards the Chaurasia Kutia Ashram, well known as the Beatles Ashram. It was great to see the architecture and the place laid out. It is a bit up and down and seniors should take it easy. Afterwards, we went back to the resort and sat around the lawn in the cool breeze and saw the stars as the night sky was clear. Aloha is beckoning you. It is a cosy place with a strong family culture of giving great holidays to the families coming there.

One of the finest stay i have ever had. Awesome surrounding and well maintained property gave us a luxurious feel all around. Staff was very well mannered and food was just amazing. We got a warm welcome as we entered into the property. Would love to stay once again ☺️

Overall it was a great experience, the staff is hospitable and friendly. The property offers a serene view of the holy Ganga Maata river and the aarti each evening completes the entire experience. The hotel also offers outdoor adventure activities and spiritual visits to many temples across the city.

We book the hotel Aloha for our son's birthday and we had booked a delux room. We liked the hospitality there very much. I spoke to nisha jo for decorating the room for my son's birthday and she got me connected to Mr. Tyagi. He got the room decorated very well and the amount he charged for it doesn't seem much after looking at the decoration. The ganga Arti there gives peace to the mind . the view from there is very nice but the road leading to the hotel need to be repaired. There is a little rough due to renovation due to which there was a little problem, otherwise everthing is good.

We came to stay in Aloha. On the first day, our room cleaning was late. We complained about it to the reception and sat in the lobby. After that, Tyagi ji ( Housekeeping Manager) came to meet us and he solved all our problems very well. There were some other questions regarding our booking, Tyagi ji solved them very well. He tried to change our room to Ganga facing but since it was a weekend, no Ganga facing room was vacant. The rest of the staff was also very good, Shalini in the restaurant, Mr. Pravesh ji at the front desk, I don't remember the names of the rest but I enjoyed the whole trip. Thanks to everyone.

We went to Aloha Hotel with our friends. We checked in to our room from one lobby and checked out from another lobby, which caused us trouble. In the lift, we were met by the housekeeping manager (I don't remember the name) who very politely escorted us to the reception. The hotel is very nice, the view is also very beautiful, the rooms are clean and big, the lobby has a different and nice smell, but the road to the hotel from the main road is bad, there are not many options for indoor activities.

We stayed there for our 1st year anniversary and trust me we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and celebration for our special day. It’s hygienic, pretty, has the yummiest food, amidst the mother nature, on the Ganges what else do we need? :’) They celebrated our day with a little garland ceremony during the evening Ganga Arti, a yummy cake with tinsy bit decor in our room and yet another cake by the sweetest staff ever. ＜3 If you planning for a staycation, or to celebrate your special day, or love surrounded around sweet people and beautiful mother nature! This is your one stop destination. :) ＜3

We stayed 5 nights at Aloha only It’s beautiful, scenic with valley view, flowing Ganga view from our 2bhk Apartments straight away from Our bed rooms, Aloha apartments, garden facing rooms are insane, owner of Aloha is truly lucky to hv such beautiful staff!! With full of smiles, love & warmth service at any time of the day n night plus quick service No complaints from start to end Warm welcome with healthy hot sorba n Mala’s with nice Trishul tikka on forehead Lovely culture seen by the staff , Staff always greeting with NAMASTE full of Indian culture Food department bsft, high tea, dinner always healthy and nvr repeated cuisines Delicious main courses, healthy Salads, appetisers, plus daily 8/9 desserts served pure vegetarian! Mentioning few names at Patio restaurant Vipin, Pravin & Vijendra plus all chefs serving with smiles n love Every time made fresh jain food if ordered?
