Everything was amazing. All the staff working here have been so fantastic to us. The room was great, the breakfast was amazing and even the lunch at the pool. Would definitely come back here

A hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff. The beautiful view over Copacabana and the service on the beach make the experience extra special. However, the room (906) was disappointing in terms of soundproofing. Due to the special layout, I could hear my neighbors - even their conversations - very well, which disturbed my sleep considerably. I subtly indicated this at the reception, but no solution was offered, possibly because the hotel was fully booked. In addition, I found it striking that coffee in the room was for a fee. Although I hardly drink coffee myself and certainly not in a hotel room, this still detracted from the experience. In a five-star hotel you expect this to be a standard service, especially considering the room price. A filled minibar is understandable, but coffee and tea should be a given. All in all, recommended for those who are not sensitive to noise, but the hotel could invest in better soundproofing and a more hospitable policy regarding basic facilities.

Room assignment with a terrible view of air conditioning units and buildings and with a disabled bathroom. It must be the worst room in the hotel with a reservation made 2 months in advance….. what a shame!

The service attitude was very good. We arrived at the hotel at almost 2 a.m. They asked us if we wanted to add a small bed for the child. There was free water and chocolate in the room.

The room is a bit small but fully equipped. There is champagne or drinks at the front desk. Someone will take you to your room. There are private beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The breakfast is rich and the fruits are fresh. The view on the top floor is good.

I don’t understand why there is a rating of 4.6. Is it fake? The front desk staff was very unpleasant and did not consider the customers at all: We booked a room for three people for three days. When we arrived at the store, we were told that a room could only accommodate two people, so I booked a JW Marriott hotel on the spot. Three days later, because my family’s luggage was stored together, I wanted to go up to the room to separate the luggage together. As a result, the elevator door was blocked by the front desk staff and lobby staff. Only two people could go up, so we had to drag them up. My parents are both in their 60s and 70s. If you think this is a safety hazard, shouldn't you update your elevator system? Today's elevators do not have door card control, you can just press it to go up. After staying for one day, I moved directly to JW Marriott to stay with my parents. Marriott's service was warm, proactive and polite, which made people feel very comfortable. It is recommended that everyone choose JW Marriott directly. I would also like to commend Ctrip’s customer service for helping solve the problem of recommending and changing hotels.

The location of the hotel is okay, just across the road is Coba Beach. Breakfast was good. But the room is small, the sound insulation is not good, and it doesn't feel up to the standards of a five-star hotel. The price is expensive and the price/performance ratio is low.
