We really enjoy our stay with Julie and her fantastic house! The room is very clean with great design. Julie is also very welcoming to use her kitchen for making our small snacks in the morning. The location is also very good:) 10mins walk to the supermarket and restaurants :) Overall, highly recommended :)

The room is very clean and tidy, the staff is very responsive and they allow me to check in early. Location is a bit far from city center but can take bus easily. Need to take luggage upstair which could be a bit difficult for ladies.

Staying at Shangrila House with the host Julie is one of my best hotel experiences. Julie is such an awesome host, she is friendly, welcoming, helpful and with such a excellent taste. She keeps the house very clean, tidy, beautiful and elegant. I feel like I’m not paying nearly enough for the value of the house. Super grateful for Julie’s hospitality. I wool 100% stay here again. Thank you for everything Julie. It’s so great to meet you :)

Really comfy and great locations among Richmond. The host was helpful and nice by providing welcoming fruits and explaining amenities inside the house.

Julie was awesome, she cooked breakfast for us. The place was immaculate. Would definitely go back there next time.

While the place was clean and nice, I was really disappointed with my stay because it's essentially just somebody's house that they are living in and you're just getting a room. Calling this a "superior suite" is a real stretch. It's a regular sized bedroom (with a bathroom and a walk-in closet) so for the price (which was pretty expensive) it didn't feel worth it at all. Plus they add on a $60 cleaning fee that you have to pay in person in cash or e-transfer which is not convenient. Plus it's very far out of the way in the suburbs with little to see or do nearby. Overall I regret purchasing this.

The host is very friendly. The room was very clean. Everything went great. The host directly messaged me to ask about arrival time and was very flexible. Before leaving, she offered some delicious quick breakfast and snack items. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

We enjoyed so much in this beautiful house. Julie is a great hostess and makes us feel like at home, she provides all the snacks fruits and drinks . I made nice meals for myself and my husband.

It is very neat and clean.. All are provided... Even light breakfast, if you want.. Julie the host is so welcoming and accomodating.... Wish, they would accept a family with kid..

The reason for choosing this B&B was that it was convenient for us to catch the flight early in the morning, and most of the North American hotels were not very good to stay in, and the air conditioners in the rooms were very noisy. I placed an order for this B&B after reading many reviews. The room was neat and clean with a separate cloakroom. The landlord was very responsible and sent messages and emails in advance for confirmation. Due to my negligence, I did not check it in time, which caused the landlord to wait for a day until we arrived in the evening to open the door for us. I am really sorry! The landlord helped us clean the wheels of the suitcases, prepared slippers, prepared various snacks and coffee and hot tea in the morning, and had midnight snacks when we came back in the evening. He was very thoughtful and caring, and he was also warm-hearted, which made our trip more enjoyable and beautiful. I left at 5 o'clock in the morning because it was too early and I didn't have the opportunity to say goodbye to the landlord. I was a little sorry, and I hope to see him again.

Environment: Located in Foorilon PI at No. 3 Road and Stevenston Hwy, it is a pure villa residential area, quiet. There is a shopping mall within a 10-minute walk, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations and other living facilities. Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, just like returning home. The whole house is new and clean. The room has an independent cloakroom and the bathroom with a bathtub is very clean. It is the same as the introduction picture. Service: Contact the landlord for check-in information one day in advance. After arriving, the landlord is warm and hospitable, helping to clean the wheels of the suitcase, and will make some breakfast for me to taste when he is free. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Vancouver. (Note: A one-time settlement fee of 60 Canadian dollars is charged)

Very clean and comfortable, the community is quiet. The bed is very comfortable and clean, and the experience is better than a five-star hotel. The bathroom is also very, very clean, plus points! There is a bus stop about 15 minutes walk away. When the sun is good, the scenery outside the window is very poetic when sitting on the windowsill. I didn’t take many photos because I thought the hotel’s positioning is closer to B&B and there may be privacy issues. Believe me, you won’t regret booking this one. It’s about 15-25 minutes drive to the shopping mall and attractions in Richmond, which is excellent.
