Front desk and house keeping was very accommodating, no breakfast since it is under renovation but all in all my stay was great, just a 15 minute walk to Capstan Station, highly recommended for solo travelers

No electric kettle is available , can I ask for one?

The reception service was good in general. But the hotel is a bit rundown. The airport shuttle is cancelled due to staff issue, but no one informs us until we called and ask. It’s ok for one night stay, but not any longer…

Overall it is very comfortable. Parking costs an extra fee of $25 a day. The building is a bit old, but the interior decoration is OK, with many printed murals.

The room is quite big, near the airport, with airport drop-off service. There is a large outlet mall next to it, about a 10-minute walk. It is a little far to go to Richmond for dinner, about 15-20 minutes' walk.

I am concerned about the comfort of the sea only because of the inconvenience of transportation on the far left.

It's very close to the airport and the decoration is very new, but the lobby can be seen to be under renovation and there are not as many facilities as other hotels. But the view of the gym is very good and it is still worth recommending.

The room is very clean, the service attitude is good, and the sound insulation is good

Not bad, half an hour airport shuttle, the front desk communication is nice, the room is equipped with disposable amenity (of course there are no slippers and toothbrushes). This price is very good, suitable for a short stay
