Good service from staff and excellent breakfast

The experience is good. But i don’t understand why the hotel can’t even provide a kettle

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to Toning Lake. You can go to the lake to see the beautiful scenery and feed the swans and ducks in your spare time. The tour bus stop 2 is diagonally across the road from the hotel, which is also very convenient for tourists who do not choose to travel by car but to join individual tours. The room type we stayed in this time was a basic one, but it also had a super high floor space. The breakfast was quite rich.

The hotel is in a very good environment, very clean and tidy, the food tastes good, we booked a suite, the room is very large, and the biggest feature is that it is very cost-effective.

Most of the waiters were very nice, but there was a fat male waiter who had a bad attitude and was confused. It took a long time to check in. There is no cleaning, and the garbage is piled from check-in to check-out, which is very different from China. The location is very convenient, right next to Lake Toning and the City Hall. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Grimms Church, and shopping is also very convenient. It's very close to go whale watching at the pier and take a tour bus. The breakfast was very good, but very sweet. After the third meal, I started craving instant noodles. The bed in the room is very comfortable and the queen bed is huge.

The hotel is in a great location! In the city center, it is very convenient to go shopping and go shopping. You can reach many check-in points on foot. There are several restaurants/fast food restaurants nearby, which is convenient for eating. The hotel facilities are relatively new. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. The departure time is relatively early and the hotel has prepared a packed breakfast. All in all, very satisfied.

The room is OK, I like the decoration, it is clean and not noisy. The service is average, the waiter has a blank expression throughout the whole process, which is not a good experience. There is no parking lot of its own, you need to find a paid one on the roadside.

Good location

Excellent location, super helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast! The check in staff went above and beyond. We paid a minimal fee to upgrade for early check in. We landed at 6am, and we were willing to pay to check in at noon (as compared to standard 3pm), but our room was available so they let us go up when we arrived. Really appreciated after red eye flight!
