"Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow."

"We liked the hotel. Food is very good, there is always a choice of dishes that you want to try. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit ... Always a few dishes on grill. "Это был прекрасный отдых! Удобный просторный номер, красивая территория, утопающая в зелени, вкусная еда и внимательный персонал. Я жила в номере - половинке домика. Эко-стиль, скат крыши, добавляющий объем к пространству, хорошая кофемашина и кофе Nespresso, все эти мелочи делают пребывание по-настоящему комфортным. На территории отеля - три ресторана: завтрак, обед и ужин. Меню завтраке - разнообразное, только омлетов 3 вида. В вечернем ресторане можно заказать европейское вино по бокалам. А сибасс, запеченный в лодочке из пергаментной бумаги - произведение искусства. До пляжа идти метров 150, пляж чистый. Крупный песок. Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля! Отличная практика, когда за гостем закрепляют «guest assistant”! Рекомендую отель 100%"

"The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday."

I didn’t understand what was going on with the animation in the evening, the main thing is that it didn’t interfere with sleep. "Были в отеле в начале ноября, за 4 дня до закрытия. Возможно поэтому персонал не напрягался с уборкой у бассейна, на пляже. Отель с очень маленькой территорией и огромным количеством номеров. В сезон наверное негде лечь. Номера уставшие, но чистые и комфортные. Виды на стены соседних отелей. Питание жирное, частично острое. Но на удивление не особо вкусное, особенно сладости прямо минус. Возможно виновато скорое закрытие, но молока, йогуртов на завтраках не было. Хотя хлопья сыпали изрядно. Пиво на 3, хороший джин гордонс. Персонал многие говорят и понимают русский. В целом неплохо, но не вау. Вайфай бесплатный, хороший."

"Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует."
