"Perfect location at the end of the beach area, less busy. We were able to walk straight out onto the beach or straight out onto the street where there were loads of shops and restaurants. The resort itself is a little bit dated but it is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens and wildlife. The pool area with the bar was great and close to our room. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"I liked the rustic element of this hotel. It was lovely to fall asleep to the sound of animals. The amenities were stripped to the basic. There was no hair dryer, or kettle. To make a tea, you would have to go the the canteen, which was great and had good views to the pier. There was unlimited toast which you could make, with was plenty for a free breakfast. The biggest criticism is that when we visited, there was no hot water in the shower for our entire stay. One aspect that did get tiring over time is also the climb up the stairs every time to get to the hotel and rooms, however they have a handy suitcase elevator. We got to see monkeys and even say a dragon and lots of cats The rooms were cleaned well. When sleeping you had to be under a mosquito covering as there were lots of gaps in the floors. So mosquitos could get in."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is very nice overall, and the breakfast area is especially beautiful, set right in front of the sea, which makes for a really relaxing start to the day. One of the biggest advantages is the location and layout. The hotel stretches across the width of the island, with access on both sides, so you can easily reach the port on one side and Railay Beach on the other. This makes getting around very convenient. The rooms were in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a well-located hotel."

"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. I dont have much photo but i have many video from my camera your hotel's room bcs we not satisfied"

"We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables."

"The hotel was everything we had hoped for. Outstanding service, great location, incredible facilities and a breakfast that I dream about ever since. We loved the swimming pool, the gym, the island of peace that the resort was - and the comfort of our room. Even though we had to settle for a twin room (we booked with next to no prior notice) it was extremely comfortable. But really, the staff made our stay super memorable. Cannot recommend this place enough!"

"This is our second visit to Ban Sainai resort Krabhi, first visit was in 2016.. I can say the experience got better.. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Krabi. We booked a pond-facing deluxe room, and the views were simply stunning — surrounded by lush greenery, a peaceful pond, and dramatic limestone cliffs that truly make this place special. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. What stood out the most was the front office team — always smiling, warm, and ready to help with anything. Their hospitality really made us feel welcomed throughout the stay. The location is great — tucked away in nature for peace and relaxation, yet still convenient to reach places like Ao Nang Beach with the resort’s very convenient shuttle service. Breakfast was awesome, with good variety and quality. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which is honestly one of the best we’ve experienced — very scenic and perfectly maintained. Overall, this is one of the best nature resorts we’ve stayed at. Perfect for couples and anyone looking to relax in a serene environment. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again."

"Facilities: You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but there's no kettle. Everything else is available. Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! Super natural and refreshing. Service: Surprisingly good! The welcome ”fruit juice” upon check-in was delicious. We visited during Chinese New Year, and everyone was dressed in festive red and had their hair in cute top buns – everyone was so friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the staff meticulously cleaned our room every day. You can book cars, boats, and rent motorbikes directly at the hotel. Overall, I really loved it! The rock climbing next door is also highly recommended; too bad we ran out of time. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"

"The name of Centara doesn't represent it's values of Thai hospitality.not worth of paying high room rate,requested to change the room when check in.bed sheet and bath towels conditions were totally unacceptable.breakfast was limited choices. Easy access to Aonang beach with many eateries and entertainment centers."
