Fabulous spot right next to the cathedral so beautiful & definitely recommend a balcony room facing out to the cathedral. Loved this quirky hotel which was once a fire station very modern but with touches of old features towards its former use. The staff went above and beyond to make are break perfect (to booking a restaurant for us to valet parking and just being friendly and helpful)We sipped champagne at the front of the hotel restaurant outside with a back drop of the cathedral. Must just mention the delicious breakfast too.

Well located hotel. Very warm welcome from the receptionists. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel. Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean.
The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent.

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

AAAVDBEverything is what you can expect if you pay 80 euro's per night. Location is actually near perfect, just a small walk to the center. You can park at the hotel too.
However, it's was 30 degrees outside when we slept there. It was a sauna inside the room, really bad.

GGuest UserPersonal reception very friendly. At breakfast rather disinterested and unfriendly. Breakfast lovely and rather bad. Coffee was very bad. Rooms equipment OK and clean. Floor and lift are rather worried. Parking in the garage perfectly, also suitable for VW Bus in the front area. Super was that we were allowed to keep the parking even after check-out. Thank you for this!

XXinpeiwenThe room is large, the breakfast in the rooftop restaurant has many kinds, and the service is friendly (the only drawback is that the bacon is too burnt). It is only a three-minute walk away from the busiest and busiest part of the city center. Consider coming again next time.

XXiongshaofuThere is parking on the north side of Reims. The parking fee is three euros per night. The room is relatively small and the bed is also small. There is a supermarket opposite. It takes 25 minutes to drive to Reims Cathedral.
The staff are unreliable and often leave their posts for no reason, but this is the way France works.
