Hotel Sogo Edsa Cubao Reviews

Of all the Sogo hotels that I have booked in Manila, Sogo Edsa is the best! There was some confusion on my check in about the timing of the reservation, but after some discussion, the manager worked it out for me. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. It's a perfect location when you have a bus transfer in Cubao.

Nice room

I booked regency room but they said there is no regency room. They insisted that my booking was wrong. when i showed my booking. They said the is occopied how come i already book that room. i was so disappointed at the time and gave us another room for temporay and middle of the night we transfter into another. So terrible.

Yes it's true so clean, so good. Will be back again. Polite and kind staff. All my queries were immediately accommodated. Kudos

Clean and nice rooms.Receptionist and room attendants are courteous and acccomodating.

Checking in was such a hassle. Walk-ins could have been easier. The front desk took more than 45mins to get our room. They have no knowledge about reservations. I'd rather walk-in next time. Location was great and cleanliness, and the staff are decent and friendly.

stayed 3 nights The room was clean. We ordered food through room service and it was delicious. Unfortunately, there was only one brand of beer left. If you are staying multiple nights, you can call the front desk and change the sheets and towels yourself (they cannot make your bed when you are not there). One problem is that the front desk is not coordinating, or if you are staying consecutive nights, will you extend it in the middle of the night? I got a call every time.
