Dirty and not goood i wont come back in this hotel to be hobesrnf

We booked a flight for five nights and arrived early. Since check-in was at 1 PM, we requested an early check-in at 11 AM and paid an additional fee. The staff kindly upgraded our room to a premier one with windows overlooking Gateway and the pedestrian lane — such a nice view! I was hesitant to book at first because of the bad reviews, but the staff were really nice, the internet was stable (perfect for remote work), and the location was very accessible. Hoping the internet stays strong and the staff remain just as accommodating on our next stay!

best location and budget for concert when you’re attending to smart araneta or new frontier but staffs are rude

I love staying here but rooms on the far end of the hall have weak wifi signal and even phone reception. Its not ideal if you're traveling for work. I hope they could upgrade their facilities so you can really get your money's worth. Service is average. Had to call reception twice just for a pitcher of water.

Room looks very old, TV doesnt is horrible shower is not working properly even the flush of toilet. So many watermarks and looks very disgusting. Never go wrong going to thia hotel.

The room was quiet clean but the room was OLD and the aircon was broken, it is leaking. Staff were friendly.
