This hotel seemes fresh and new. Good location near a mall with lots of food choices. Friendly staff and the place is making a concious effort to use less plastic by giving you a glass jug to use at the water machine instead of supplying bottled water. Clean environment, parking pass available if you drive and park here. Great gym and pool facilities. WAY better than any other Ibis hotel I have stayed in across the world.

I checked in cos of the M2M concert in Smart Araneta, this is awesome since its located near the coliseum. I didnt expect much from this hotel but yes, its awesome, i had a good night sleep too! I wish there was a spa though, but nevertheless, its real awesome. Also, hoping there would be two queens , they only have two single beds or 1 queen in other rooms. hope there woupd be two queens so families can stay in a room.

Amazing stay for 2 nights! I could not have for a better hotel in the middle of the city. It is conveniently located around restaurants and shops and moat especially it is just by Araneta so if you are attending a concert this hotel is perfect for you. The hotel is equipped with basic necessities and the bed is very comfortable! their buffet breakfast has a lot of options as well (western and Filipino ) food!

It was clean and comfy. It's near the mall too so it was very convenient to do some shopping. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Will stay there again 💟

The location is great! Very accessible and very near in good restos. The pool is clean. Staff are friendly. We had a great time!

It’s a nice hotel and easy access to the gateway mall next to the hotel.

I love everything about my stay here in Ibis Styles. From the location, cleanliness and amenities, all I could say is that it was worth what I paid for or even more. Booking my stay here again when I’m visiting around the area.

We booked 6 rooms for 3 nights and 1 room for 1 night. We asked for same floor level, 2 rooms were given at different floor. And we asked if they can transfer us to the same floor the next day, they said it is fully booked. And they can only transfer 1 room, but the room we transfered into has some foul smell from the toilet. The hotel is connected to gatewaymall.

It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.

The hotel is located at Getway Mall, so it's very convenient to go shopping pr grab some food. It's an hour away from the airport. The staff are very welcoming and nice, it was a very pleasant stay.

The sink is located outside near the bed.its weird though it’s something new

It’s my second lovely stay at Ibis. The roof deck is a must see. Room was clean. The staff led by Jem, the duty manager were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!
