I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called "xiao bai," which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Booked 2 rooms - one for my family and another one for my elderly parents. Hotel is very pretty and photogenic. Convenient location and close to many eateries. Hotel staff 小謝and 小张are very helpful and attentive to my elderly parents. Highly recommended and I will stay here again.

Staffs are polite, but can give better information related to surrounding old town. Toilet bowl using automated system, but not clean. Can see poop stains from previous room user.

Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy Environment: Zhongshan Street is just outside the hotel. It takes a few minutes to walk to West Street. The alley outside the hotel is also very beautiful. Service: The housekeepers Zhuang Zhuang and Xiao Wu are very enthusiastic. They answer all questions and help print materials. In addition, we came back late from Jinjiang and in order to rush, Zhuang Zhuang and Xiao Wu helped us carry our luggage to a place where we could take a taxi. It was very considerate.

The hotel is located in Tongzheng Lane, close to West Street and Kaiyuan Temple. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The service during the stay is efficient, and the puppet show and traditional drama performances on Saturdays are professional. The guest rooms are well-equipped with smart facilities, but the shower water temperature occasionally fluctuates, which has little impact. This price is still worth it, and it is generally suitable for tourists who focus on cultural experience. The housekeeper Zhuangzhuang is also very professional and responsible. He helped to reserve drinks and recommended nearby attractions and stores.

The location is in a prime location, and the nearby attractions can be reached by taxi. The service is generally good, and basically all questions are answered in a timely manner. However, the toilet is too noisy, and the smart lighting does not have a night light. It would be better if it could include recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants.

The second stop of the Fujian tour was booked a week before the Spring Festival. I wanted to live near West Street, but I didn't want to live in a homestay. Facilities: All the necessary facilities are available, including smart room control, sufficient air conditioning, and the room is very warm after two hours of hot air. Environment: Close to West Street, it is very convenient for shopping. But there are gains and losses. The car cannot drive to the door of the hotel. Although there is a small white car, it is not so convenient after all. During the Spring Festival, traffic control was implemented, and the online car-hailing pick-up point was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Hygiene: Because it is a new hotel, the infrastructure is pretty good. The bedding is thick and clean. The bathroom is well maintained, and everything is good at present. But the cleaning of the room still has a lot of room for improvement according to the star rating and vision of the hotel. Dust on the ground, carpet stains, floating dust in corners, window cleaning frequency, etc. The key is that the daily cleaning is not very good. Because I booked 3 nights, I went back at 5 pm the next day, and the room was not cleaned yet; the floor towels were not provided the next day, and the power card inserted in the room was taken away. Service: Very good! Feel at home! SMS reminder the night before check-in to confirm the itinerary and arrival time. Because of traffic control, it is very considerate to inform the traffic route. The check-in process is smooth and professional, greetings every day, travel guidance, and responsive; every day when I return to the hotel, there is a "warm sweet soup" to entertain.
